"After relaying my experience recently to Casey, the owner, he asked me if I would put in writing (for other customers) my feedback I gave him. I told him I would since I would want to know myself where best to take my car. So here I am. Bottom line...I felt an immediate trust in the establishment right when I pulled up and saw other customers out front speaking to the manager with a smile on their face. Thomas, the general manager went over and beyond by taking my 5 yr old daughter to the children room and put a DVD on for her while we waited. The place is extraordinarily clean and you can tell the employees are well trained. I was very impressed that they had a mission statement posted for all to see. They obviously had nothing to hide and was proud of the establishment. I've been to many of these express lube shops over the year but none as impressive as this one. Kudos to the management and what appears to be a smooth operation that caters to giving the customer an experience versus just a routine stop over for a dreadful but necessary service for our vehicles"
