Worst service experience ever! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Had a hardwood floor installed in my home. Spoke with the owner, Louise Frost and set up install. The install foreman James was horrible,very un-professional, terrible install and finishing. We had a very hard time trying to get the finish and other install corrected.We were repetedly turned down to speak with Louise and were stood up on two appointments, HORRIBLE work. Run people!Crooks!!!
