If you need any sort of appliance, tool, lawn equipment, etc. go to Home Depot. I have never been treated as badly as what the Sears in Bellevue has treated me. I ordered a lawnmower 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call or email notifying me whether or not it has arrived. I have spent probably 3-4 hours on the phone trying to get the right person, but they just keep reconnecting you to someone else until the connection is lost. I said well how about I just cancel the entire order now over the phone - no - that would be too reasonabl. I have to go to the store when it arrives to do that, but I'm still waiting. Nobody really cares. In person I wandered around and waited about 30min to get help to find out they didn't have what I was after and that I would have to order online. I wrote the corporate office a letter and don't expect to hear anything back. This is so dissapointing especially when you hear what a great company sears is - NOT AT THIS LOCATION - GO TO HOME DEPOT. Lastly, this is the first review I've ever written - usually I just take it when someone gives terrible service. This is just THAT bad.
Pros: It's a Sears - you know what they have
Cons: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
