I ordered 75 wraps from them for our customer service reps to be delivered at 11:30. I really felt the owner/manager, Joe, was very dependable, and I was excited to try this new vendor. A few minutes past 11:30, I called City Wraps and was astonished when Joe slowly told me that someone did not show up for a shift, and he would be late, without a hint of urgency in his voice. I told him to please get her as soon as possible. He arrived around 12:15, and it took him about 15 minutes for him to get everything from the van and into our breakroom. So, our phone reps, with limited lunch breaks, ate an hour late. He feebly apologized, but he really didn't seem to care that this was a glaring mistake-short one person or not- you call your customer and communicate your situation to them. You don't wait for them to call you, then try to make them feel sorry for you because they are short handed. That is a typical situation any manager has experienced- you don't put that on your customer, as it is not our fault. Simple communication and a sincere apology go a LONG way. On top of all that- the food was extremely forgettable.

The meals served here are very delicious and designed to please a wide variety of tastes. They have everything from low-carb wraps, vegetarian wraps, homemade soups, to delightful Raspberry Turkey wraps or even spicy chicken selections. And they cater and deliver to businesses downtown and to surrounding areas!
Pros: Delicious Food!, Low Carb Menu, Made fresh!
Cons: Only open for Lunch

I went in to City Wraps and identified myself as a new customer and asked to be walked through getting the advertised special. I was instructed to pick out any of the wraps listed under the Special category on the menu. The special was $4.99. The person making the wrap asked me a question that sounded to me like, Did you want ham? I replied no, just like it comes as stated on the menu. When I went pay, the total came to $7.92. When I inquired why was it so much higher than the advertised price, she said, the special was for a ½ and you got a whole. So, it seemed that I misunderstood the question. The cashier did not offer to make any concessions, therefore I paid it. I shall never frequent this place in the future.
Pros: Not crowded
Cons: Bad customer service

Good lunch spot for the downtown crowd. Located in the Arcade. Ordering is fast. Not a huge place and is usually crowded, but should be able to find seating. Unfortunately, the hours are just for lunch during the week, but makes sense due to low traffic in the Arcade during the evenings and weekends. Wide selection of wraps, all of which are massive. I recommend the Jerk Chicken wrap.
Pros: large portion, quick service
Cons: lunch only
