I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The guys were awesome (2), they were very careful with my antiques, etc. I even asked them to move around the furniture, they didnt mind a bit. Zoom moving was the best choice for me, I would 110% use them again. The girl that booked my move, was very nice,and made sure the move went ok. Thanks again Zoom, for making this stressful thing... easy!

The actual moving process was not bad but the follow up on getting damaged furniture repaired/replaced and fixing damage in house has been awful. Here it is 7 weeks from our move date and nothing has been done. We are calling weekly trying to get something accomplished. After everything was unloaded from the truck, one of the movers said this part of the process is the "bread and butter of the company". It has not been the case in our experience.

Pros: skilled at moving large furniture pieces through house

Cons: bad follow-up service

I am somewhat a moving guru as my wife and I've moved 9 times in our 20 year marriage--hopefully done now--But to the point Zoom Moving is one of the best experiences that we have had in our tenure. They showed up on time--Curtious while working very hard the whole time they were on site. This is what you would expect from a professional moving company and I would reccomend them to anyone. I found them on City Search and was impressed that they were the only moving company that did not have a lot of complaints. Now I see why---Scott and Donald were my movers and they were great! If you use them I would request these guys as I know they would do you a great job!

I used Zoom after being told by a friend. They were FAST, careful and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have used other movers before and have ended up waiting around for them to show up and had broken furniture when they were finally done. I was VERY impressed with Zoom!!!!

Have used this companies services more than once as has other family members and several friends and have nothing but good things to say about the way they conduct their business in taking care of all of our belongings in a very careful, friendly, professional and timely manner. And with the high cost of fuel in todays market they are very fair priced. I have and will continue to recommend this company very highly.

I would and do highly recommend this company to move me or anyone else. I have been moved by Zoom several times and also know hundreds of people that have used them. They were all happy. If I needed to move tomorrow, I would call on them!

I MOVED AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER, BUT JUST NOW GETTING AROUND TO DOING THIS. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS COMPANY THROUGH MY REALTOR. THEY WERE GREAT, GOT MY STUFF MOVED WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY WEREN'T THE CHEAPEST, BUT I BELIEVE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! WOULD USE AGAIN!!!

THIS WAS MINE AND MY HUSBANDS 1ST TIME USING A MOVING COMPANY. AND I HAVE TO BE HONEST, WE WERE NOT THE MOST ORGANIZED, WE JUST DIDN'T REALIZE HOW INVOLVED IT WOULD BE. BUT THE MOVERS WERE SO PATIENT AND GREAT. I CANT RAVE ENOUGH. THEY GOT US MOVED IN A VERY REASONABLE TIME FOR ALL THAT WE HAD AND NOTHING GOT DAMAGED. I AM REFERRING THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW!!! IF I EVER HAD TO MOVE AGAIN I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL ZOOM!!!!!!

Pros: FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE OFFICE AND THE MOVERS WERE CLEAN CUT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

Please don't use this company. I have never been witness to anyone so unprofessional. Although, they might be professional compared to OTHER meth heads. They destroyed 1 side of a beautiful magnolia tree we have in our apt. complex in one trip, and about 3 weeks later a totally different crew destroyed the flower garden at the entrance of our complex. I know that moving peoples' furniture is a terrible, low-paying job as I worked for a moving company while in my teens. However, in the 2 times I've seen these guys, they really have shown that they are terrible. I would pay a non-meth-head-hiring comapny a few extra dollars and know that everything their trucks come near will be in the same condition after the move. What a bunch of Bozos.

Cons: Terribly unprofessional and lower than dirt employees.

I used this company after being referred by my sister and 2 co-workers. They too had been referred by other friends & family. This was the BEST moving experience I have ever had. The movers were excellent in every aspect. They were on time and handled all of my belongings with the best of care and they had the best attitude, even when they had to haul my piano up a flight of stairs. Never any compalints from them. The prices are fair and everyone involved in my move was very helpful. I can't recommend them enough!!
