I had dermaplaning done at this spa and thought my service provider, Sara, was great. She explained to me what the procedure entailed, then after it was all over she gave me instructions on what I should and shouldn't do and I left happy with my results.

Elan Germantown is the only place to go. Everyone there is very friendly from your first visit to every follow-up visit. Very cool, quaint, modern atmosphere with great music playing in the background. Customer service at its best! Jackie gives me the most detailed haircut I have ever received. I would recommend her to anyone. This salon has style and great stylists. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I have frequented the Green Hills salon for many years and love it! However, I recently went to see Kristy Rhodes at the new Germantown Elan location because it is closer to my home in East Nashville. I was so impressed! The salon has a fabulous vibe and Kristy did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my cut and executed it to a tee! I would definitely recommend that you give this salon a try; I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a change!!

I have found a new salon and hair stylist that will definitely get my repeat business. Nathan at the Green Hills Elan Salon is great! He gave me the best hair cut I have ever had. At least I have never gotten so many positive comments from other people over a hair style before! I strongly recommend Nathan. The best compliment I have gotten is a coworker of mine made an appointment with Nathan for her own haircut!

Pros: Very short wait, very reasonably priced, very talented & friendly staff

Elan in german town is one of the cutest most personal space to get one of the best hair cuts in Nashville.yes it is true that it is small but what does it matter the sse of the space when you have the beat styalist working on your hair!?! Try it you won't be disapponted!

I can't thank Kristy enough for sharing her amazing gift with color. She more than has provided great hair possibilities for me, but she has such grace about her kindness for others. She has been the genius behind my hair for a few years now, and I am blessed by the new salon she calls home. Germantown totally ministered to me the moment I was able to walk in and sit down and enjoy the serene atmosphere and sip water with orange slices floating. It is the get-away I need on my hardest or even my best day. I am truly grateful I found this treasure.

What a great atmosphere! I feel so relaxed when I walk in the salon. It has such a great vibe and the entire staff is so friendly and sweet. I am a fairly new client of Kristy Rhodes and I absolutely love her! She does such a great job and I can say that I wont trust my hair to anyone else now! If you are looking for a hair stylist please check her out you wont be disappointed!

I've been visiting Elan for almost a year now and Kristy Rhodes is the best! I followed her to the new location at Elan Germantown - I love her that much! I am very picky when it comes to my hair and have found very few stylists that can get it the shade that I desire (golden blond from a natural dark, dark brown). Not only is she a wonderful colorist, she is great at her cuts too and her scalp massages are the best!!!! Being a newer client (<a year) she instantly put me at ease and really listened to my comments and thoughts on what I wanted and was very forthcoming with her suggestions. No BS, but straight, honest information AND not the least bit pretentious. My visits with Kristy are like visiting an old friend - who remembers the little things and has your best interest at heart. And while, I've only seen Kristy - the rest of the staff there is awesome as well! Very friendly - without being overwhelming! You can tell these folks all love what they do and enjoy making you look your best! Can I say that I love Kristy and Elan Germantown again?????? :) Visit Elan Germantown - you won't be disappointed! (Hopefully I can still get an appointment after this review!)

Pros: Great location!

Cons: Parking can be a bit of a challenge - but it's worth it!

I love the new Germantown location! Great vibe, incredibly cute space, friendly people at the front desk, and of course, amazing stylists! Kristy Rhodes has been doing my hair for several years now, and not only is she a wonderful person, but truly amazing at cutting and coloring hair! I feel comfortable with her suggestions and find that she knows better than I what would look good regarding my hairstyle. I would highly recommend Kristy to anyone needing a new stylist - except, of course, I'm afraid I won't be able to get an appointment if everyone takes my suggestion!

I was a devoted client of Elan-Green Hills - had been going to Kristy FOREVER - so I would have followed her anywhere. And I did, when she moved to Elan-Germantown. I highly recommend the new salon in Germantown to any customer. It's so fun, energetic and everyone that works there is SO talented. My daughter - who lives in Louisville, KY - travels to Nashville just to have her hair done by Kristy! I look forward to my time at the salon - it's like visiting with good friends.

Pros: Open, airy, fun atmosphere

Cons: parallel parking
