Just bought a great dress at Levys last night. As usual the customer service was great and they had just what I was looking for.

Top Notch Customer Service

Lev'y's without hesitation, is Nashville's top notch store for customer service. I have been working with Sara for several years now, She cares so much about her clients she calls and checks on them and their familes when there is illness or an urgent situation.

The entire staff has been nothing but superb. They even help family members pick out gifts that yes, are the exact size and are what you want. Ellen Levy even helps customers shop! The customer service is why we shop at Lev'ys. I think I would need serious wardrobe help if it weren't for Sara, Elizabeth O and Ellen. This store treats you as if you were the only person in the store!! Levy's we love you!!

• Cons: Need to add ladies shoes ( I know not enough room in the store)

Quality, Value and Service

I shop at Levy's whenever I am in town on business. I have been extremely pleased with the quality, selection and value of their products.

The tailoring is excellent and I find the staff to be very helpful, informed. On each visit I have found my sales people to be very attentive to my needs. On one occasion I was offered coffee and felt quite comfortable. I frequently recommend this store to all my associates and family. My son recently purchased a suit for his wedding and was delighted with all the help he received to make his choice and the prompt deliver of his garment.

I have shopped at many fine clothing stores and have not found anyone better than Levy's!

Keep up the good work.

Unacceptable customer service.

My husband and I frequently need professional clothing and evening wear. We've tried to shop at this store on several occasions. The elitist attitude finally drove us away. I have never once been acknowledged in the store. I dress very casually on the weekends and it always feels like I'm being judged when I walk in the door, based on my appearance. I get the feeling the staff is working on a commission basis and therefore, will not assist customers who aren't wearing designer labels when they walk in the store. During one visit, I shopped for about a half an hour while my husband tried on suits. The clerks stood around and gossiped while I shopped, but never asked if I was being helped or if I needed assistance. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on their unacceptable customer service.

• Pros: None.
• Cons: Terrible customer service. Rude staff, high prices for out of season clothes stuffed on the racks.

This Hillsboro staple has offered up designer duds since 1855.

Since its inception, Levy's has provided the Southern elite with runway hits. Personal shoppers flint through the cream one-floor showroom, helping hip 20-somethings find their first Ermenegildo Zegna or Brioni and well-schooled housewives add to their collection. Their specialty is suits by Robert Talbott and Garfield & Marks that easily go from work to play. And they've got designer jeans such as Joe's Jeans, Ben Sherman and 575 to help with that, too.

My FAVORITE store!

I thoroughly enjoy all of my visits to Levy's Men's and Women's Clothing store. Not only is it great for my formalwear needs (most recently my wedding), but also it is wonderful for my suits and even my casual wardrobe and gift items. It has it all! It is such a pleasure to attend Levy's also, because my wife loves it as well. She roams the ladies department and buys her clothing there. It is a one-stop shop for Armani to Art of Shaving (I love their products) and the sales staff caters gladly to all of my needs, including the kind gesture of a water bottle every time I come in. Also, I get my Christmas presents wrapped complementary! It's so easy and enjoyable to shop there.
