Best Starbucks in Nashville Bar None

I've been to all of the Starbucks in the Nashville area, and there is a reason I and so many others go out of their way to get to this one. Even though the parking situation is horrendous, the staff at this Starbucks really sets it apart. Always so friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable too. This store has been around as long as any Starbucks in the area, so there is a large, very committed corps of 'regulars' who keep the atmosphere warm and inviting. Cordell has been there forever, and he and the rest of the baristas always make me feel great before, during and after I get my drink, which is always just right (or they'll gladly make it over for me). Beware of the rush hours here...it can get quite busy.

Coffee ok, service poor, try a different store

I visit this store about once a week because it is near the location of a meeting. They have a couple of outstanding employees, but the majority of the servers are either indifferent or hostile to customers. I have had frequent errors in drink orders. On one occasion when I asked a server to correct a problem, she refused, turned her back and walked away. There are many other good Starbucks stores in Nashville where you will get better service. Avoid this one.

• Cons: Service is terrible

Seattle-based coffee chain lures caffeine addicts with upscale roasts, caramel frappuccinos, shaken iced teas and an extra shot of trendiness.

Customer service- NOT!

Although, the drinks are consistant with Starbucks....the staff lacks courtesy....they must be drinking too much caffeine. I just called to inquire about a carryout for an event and got snippy replies to questions - not acceptable when paying 10 times what a drink costs - and paying for this jerks health insurance!

Great Coffee

I love going to starbucks each time I go. Their coffee is fresh and the selection of cakes and desserts are great. My only complaint since it's the mall is their space is way too small and there are time there is a long line. It would be easier if they get a bigger space and increase their staff and checkouts to eliminate that problem.
