I received an arrangement for Valentines Day that had been order over the phone by my fiancé to start I was told by the sender that part of what she had ordered I had not received (Stuffed bear and balloon) When I call them that same afternoon the girl that I spoke with said they there at the shop and that it must have been over looked at time of the order was sent out to me and she would send it out to me the next day, but by noon they where not here! when I called back I got some one who said she was the manager and told me that I had received all that was order and paid for and she did not care what my fiancé said she did not see them there but she could not tell me why it was when I call the same day of the deliver I was told that they had forgot to send them out, also by this time I also had noted that the arrangement was looking Bad it was only 24hr old but wilted. I was quite dissatisfied with the quality and the why that she talked to we was just as she said “I DO NOT CARE “Then she told me there was nothing she was going to do about it and that I needed to call Telaflorist to get them to fix this in the time that I spoke with her she must have said “I do not care at leas five times. I would discourage anyone from using this florist because as I said she did not care!!!
Pros: That I never have to use them again
Cons: Only 24hr old but wilted, she did not care!!!

Thank you, Tara's. I have now been able to redeem myself. The amazing floral design you created for me saved my marriage. :). Seriously, my wife was so pleased and surprised with the 'just because I love you' flowers I gave her. You listened to what I wanted, and the arrangement was spectacular.

I enjoyed receiving a lovely table arrangement from Tara's. The flowers made a wonderful focal point for my table.

The flowers were a lovely assortment. My objection is that a few were limp. Also they were jammed so tightly into the vase. A lot of the leaves were left on below the water level which usually causes musky a smell. I would have removed some of them myself, but they were packed too tightly to remove from the vase. It will be difficult to change the water also. But I must say this much, not knowing the price, they had some unusual and colorful flowers.

I received a dozen roses from them today and was quite dissatisfied with the quality, so I called to voice my concerns. I spoke with the manager, Connie, who made every excuse imaginable (from the temperature outside to the "cheap" sender) then told me there was nothing she could do about it. That does not sit well with me, especially considering the incredible market up on fresh flowers. I would discourage anyone from using this florist!!!
Cons: old roses, brown petals, very short stems

When the delivery man brought my flowers he just laid them on the desk and walked away. The roses were brown and wilted. They were also supposed to be in a vase, and they were not. I do not recommend this florist.
