I have visited this vet since the 60's when it was called Fitzpatricks.I have never found more compassionate , caring and friendly folks to deal with,The staff goes out of their way to ne helpful, they even called me the next day after my dog was operated on.There is no way to truely express how well they treat you until you find out for yourself.Good pricing tops it as well.So many vets I have chatted with or clinics worry about money first the animal 2nd...NEVER the situation here.....I know my animals are always in good loving hands here....now I have a puppy to go love on...and thanks to Dr Clark and the folks at Grassmere , I can....

Pros: They treat you like family

Cons: Cant think of 1..ok I live in Mt Juliet but its worth the drive

The staff and Dr. Brumbelow are extreamly kind and it is very obvious that they not only care about the pets, but also about the owners. The prices are extreamly reasonable and I have never found a clinic that treated me and my pet so well.

Last Fall one of my Great Danes experienced GDV, or bloat and torsion, which is a very serious, usually fatal problem common to Great Danes. It was after hours so we went to the emergency hospital did the surgery, and afterward he needed to be hospitalized for several days during the day. They wanted to keep him 24 hours a day, but they did allow me to take him home at night when he improved a lot the first day. The vets at Grassmere over the next week or so while he was hospitalized days were all very respectful, kind, thorough, and understanding. They were up front with me about his chances (not good), and treated me as though i know best for my animals, which is the truth but not a sentiment many vets share these days. My boy has survived 6 months and had his 9th birthday!

Pros: Thorough, Respectful, Knowledgeable

Cons: Parking is difficult, Baths are expensive, No DIY injections

I didn't encounter the rude receptionist and I am very glad I decided to take my cats here. Dr. Bumbalo is very good with cats and people as she was very friendly and able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my younger kitty after our move. I wish I were staying in the area longer as I would definitely be returning to ensure my pets good health in the kind and caring hands of this vet!

Pros: Very Friendly, Very Knowledgeable, Adequate Pricing

Cons: Can't think of any!

I have a 6 month old male kitten who has had many health problems since I found him. This was the 3rd Vet I took him to and I will never go anywhere else. The female Vet that is there on Saturday's and Monday's is wonderful. She was very thorough and found out exactly what was wrong. He is doing much better now, and this Vet cost a lot less than the ones that did nothing to help.

Pros: inexpensive, caring and thorough, open all day Saturday

Cons: hard to turn on to, parking is few

The rest of the office staff is great and of course, all the vets are fantastic for this over protective moma of 3 cats and 1 dog. I can't believe Savannah didn't freak out with claws extended to them! Dr. Clark is a 'cat whisperer' for sure. Just don't let the Receptionist give you any flack. All you have to do is be a little firm. She knows who she's talking to now and I don't have any problems anymore. She must have cast some sort of spell over the rest of the office to still be working there! The cost is very reasonable for such outstanding and caring service. They always treat me with respect no matter how many crazy quetions I ask.

Pros: Reasonable Cost, Kennel Svc Available, Great VETS!

Cons: Busy traffic area

The people @ Grassmere are wonderful vets. I will agree that there is one receptionist that needs a major attitude adjustment however the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. More importantly, they do impecable work on the animals. As an owner of 3 dogs and a rescue volunteer, I wouldn't take my dogs or rescues anywhere else!!
