I have worked A Dream Come True as a corporate client for almost six years while at three different jobs in Nashville. I have done expensive, high-profile events for up to 2000 people (held at four venues at once), fancy large heavy hors d'oeuvre parties for almost 1000, smaller receptions on shoestring budget, intimate lunches and buffet events for college students. All of these worked well. I was a bit surprised when asking for a quote for a personal event...the highest quote out of the five I have received. If you have a large budget and want the job done right, definitely get a quote.

SHOCKED AND AMAZED THAT BILL REYNOLDS {THE OWNER} WAS SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. MY NEW HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO ELOPE AND NO LONGER NEEDED TO USE THEIR SERVICES AND THIS OWNER TRIED TO GIVE ME THE DICTIONARY MEANING BEHIND THE WORD "RETAINER". I SIGNED ABSOLUTELY NO PAPERWORK AGREEING TO A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, IN FACT THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR A DEPOSIT WE JUST GAVE ONE. BUT IT GETS BETTER...THEN HE STATES THEY WILL REFUND ME OVER FOUR CHECKS. I RECEIVED ONE AND TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS RUDE, ARROGANT MAN AND HE WOULDN'T RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS. WHEN HE FINALLY DID SPEAK WITH ME HE HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME "ANGRY AND AGRESSIVE. WOULDN'T YOU BE A BIT ANGRY IF SOMEONE DIDN'T RETURN YOUR CALLS ABOUT YOUR REFUND FOR SEVERAL WEEKS? MY MOTHER ACTUALLY HAD TO SPEAK WITH THIS POMPUS MAN AND GOT HIM TO AGREE TO REFUND ME BY SEPTEMBER 18. MIND YOU, MY WEDDING WAS FOR SEPTEMBER 21. WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE LAST CHECK, BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO MAIL IT TO US, THERE WERE THREE IN ALL AND DATED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS EARLIER NOT TO MENTION UNSIGNED. MY ADVICE.........STAY FAR FAR AWAY. THIS GUY OPERATES USING A SLUSH FUND. MEANING HE PUTS ALL THE MONIES YOU GIVE HIM IN A LARGE FUND AND USES IT TO PAY BILLS AND EVENTS BEFORE YOURS. AGAIN...STAY REALLY FAR AWAY. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!! THE MOST ARROGANT AND RUDE STAFF ANYWHERE!!!!! CRAIG IS TRULY THE ONLY THING WORTH WHILE IN THIS COMPANY.
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: EVERYTHING

I can't believe these guys will be in business for long ... they were terribly rude on the phone. In my opinion - find someone who values customer service!
Pros: None
Cons: Bad service.

I agree with the strange location from earlier - not exactly the environment I was expecting for a high class catering company. Anyway, the owner was so rude to me that I didn't even make it to the tasting. I was highly disappointed in their attitudes for being in the hospitality business.

I was interested in using them for my wedding reception. After meeting with them at their strange office location of the Days Inn by the Coliseum we received a menu several days later. Once we settled on a menu they offered us a tasting at $50 each!!! We were only having a brunch that cost about $20 per person. Granted the cost of the tasting would be applied to the overall bill if we went with them but I found the cost for the tasting outrageous. They also seemed more concerned about presentation than the food itself, as well as I'm not sure if they "got" what we were looking for as they didn't seem to listen to our ideas. Not the worst or the best experience overall.
Pros: Selection
Cons: Cost, Innovative Ideas

Thanks so much for the great event- We had 1700 people and the event was flawless. Looked like a cruise ship!
Pros: Great Displaywork, Tastey food!
