Horrible Experience !!
by Regan07
the worst service ever, the bartenders act like you are inconviencing them by being there, and the costumers are what gives them a paycheck !
- Pros: non
- Cons: rude bartenders, unbelievable !
Wednesday night Wootens! Great place
by unclecolly
I used to go see the Wooten Brothers play on Wednesday nights, and its a real treat. The food was good, not too smoky. Drinks are a little pricey. Very cool place.
- Pros: Great music, good service
- Cons: gets a little packed
A worthwhile blues and jazz bar in an office park.
by Contributor
In Short
There's live music almost every night and the room usually fills up to hear the amazing Wooten Brothers (jazz and blues, and sometimes a Flecktone), or the Players (the A-list of studio session musicians). Check the listings for Jonell Mosser, a longtime local soul singer who packs the place every time. Park in the office park's lot and slip into a booth or table for angus burgers, chicken sandwiches, prime rib or pastas and stir-frys.
Great Bar for shows or drinks

Went to see a show Last week and the venue was small but intimate. The girls waiting tables were on it all night and never missed a beat. Not too smokey and not too loud. Even the food was great!
- Pros: service*****, food, atmosphere
- Cons: small place
Great Show!
by tngirl615
I saw Christopher Cross last night and I couldn't believe that he was playing at such an intimate place. The setting was great and he put on a great show! The audience was great as well as the staff, everyone was very helpful and we didn't have to wait at all. There was some problems with the sound but it was quickly fixed and everything was great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
- Pros: Parking, Service, Talent
Great Place
by musicfan2727
Saw Jars of Clay this past Sunday. The sound was absolutely amazing, despite it being packed wall to wall. Service was pretty good to be that packed, and the food was well worth the wait! Great Food and Great Sound, what more could you ask for?
- Pros: Parking, Sound, Prices
Tear it down and rebuild
by dawsontn
This is one of those places you have to go to at least once when you live here and it, no doubt, has great talent playing here - especially on Sundays. But get a clue folks. The place is awkward and too small and no amount of painting nor rearranging will cure that. The owners need to find a larger building with more seating options and better facilities for musicians and patrons alike. Someplace where you can actually see the artists and actually get to a bathroom. Guess that's hard to do when you name the club after the street though.
- Pros: Hard to see bands, Parking, they have Food
- Cons: , Hard to walk around, Awkward seating
How Disappointing!
by underwoodja
I went with three other people to the Jackopierce show last night. We got there plenty early to get a table and eat. Food was good and our server was awesome, but as everyone started arriving (it was packed) they stood DIRECTLY in front of the people that had bothered to arrive early. We had to stand on our barstools to even get a glimpse of the stage. The manager told the standing people to move out of the way as the show started, which was ineffective. We should have saved our money and listened to the show on Lightning 100. Word to the wise: if you're going to a big show at 3rd & Lindsley, go the day before and spend the night at a table up front. How disappointing.
- Pros: Great Acoustics, Good Service
- Cons: Too Small, Too Crowded, Oversold tickets!
always delivers the goods
