I 'd give 11 stars if I could!

Wow! What a great service. Dawn helped me find my new apartment which I LOVE!! I relocated rather quickly from Boston and didn't get an opportunity to come and actually see the apartments first. Dawn was so helpful and knowledgable, though. She got me all the info on a few places she thought might work and sent floorplans and everything. She also answered ALL my questions about different apartments that interested me. Speaking with her helped me narrow it down to two places. She was able to get me a SUPER deal I couldn't pass up! I feel so blessed to have found this service. I was under so much stress with the quick move and all, but this was my easiest move ever! I couldn't have done this without her help!

I highly recommend this service to ANYONE looking for an apartment.

SAVED ME TIME AND $$$$$$$. THE BEST!

This is a great service for anyone looking for an apartment. I got in touch with them and they helped me SO much! I already live in Nashville, but I work all the time,so I called them and let them find me a place. They were very professional and really nice, too. The lady I worked with found me a really good special. I have no idea how long it would have taken me to find the apartments that were really what I was looking for and then to find THE ONE that I loved and moved to. Major kudos! This service rocks!

• Cons: None. It is a free service. Can't beat that!

Excellent Helpful free Service

Wow! Talk about some great customer service! I called Dawn and asked her for help in finding an apartment and she got right on it. I had a couple of "challenges" on my credit and she was able to help me find a wonderful place. And it was on special. I didn't ever think I could get such a great apartment in my price range. Thanks Dawn. You rock!

Never answered the phone

I was refered to Dawn to find an apartment because I had very specific pet needs. However the 3 times I called (three different days), no one answered the phone. She could be very good at what she does, but if you can never get in touch, what's the use?

What a GREAT SERVICE!!! And it's really FREE!

I was looking at a very quick relocation (my company gave me 2 weeks notice to get moved here). I was lucky enough to have been referred to Dawn at Apartment Central. I told her what I was looking for, etc and she was so friendly and calming. She was very knowledgable about the apartments she told me about and she "weeded out" the ones that didn't have what I wanted, weren't in the price range, etc. Dawn helped me find the perfect apartment for me. Thanks so much, Dawn (and staff). You are the best. I will refer anyone I come across who is looking for an apartment to you with complete confidence. Free Apartment Locating Service. I'd never heard of that. I called Apartment Central and they helped me find the perfect apartment within a short amount of time!

Excellent Help for out-of-towner

I can't tell you how much help Dawn was to me. She was my "eyes and ears" in Nashville. I moved here from Spokane, WA and didn't have a chance to physically come to Nashville to look at apartments. Dawn sent me floorplans and brochures and answered all my questions. She was SO HELPFUL. I know the service is free, but it was worth SO MUCH!!! It's not often in life that you get more than you expect or hope for! Dawn was also able to get me THE BEST DEAL!!! What a bargain hunter! It was a sincere pleasure to work with you.
