We love IAM and are so glad they're on Citysearch!!!

Import Auto is the BEST place in town. We love them. We found them on Citysearch- and thank God! We will never take our vehicles anywhere else and are telling all of our friends and family about them! Thanks, Citysearch! And thanks, Import Auto Maintenance!

Best auto place in town! Customer service, price, location!

The customer service is amazing. Being a woman, it can be a little daunting going to an auto repair place. Its as if the Heavens opened when I walked through the door. Never again will I go anywhere else. I was treated with friendliness, knowledgable staff who are honest and it was just a pleasurable experience all around. You never look forward to something happening to your car, but I honestly look forward to going back to Import Auto Maintenance. Their prices are wonderful, the atmosphere and staff are awesome, this place rocks.

Best Auto Repair/Maintenance in Nashville!

Being a woman and going in for auto repairs was never an easy task until I came here! Nelson makes you feel like you can put your trust in him and tells you exactly what your car needs or doesn't need. I will always trust their judgement and work! This is the place to take your import! They keep my cars in top shape!

Great customer service; trustworthy; great work in a timely fashion

As a woman who knows very little about my car, it was great to have a repair shop who not only did outstanding work on my car, but also explained what repairs needed to be made and WHY they needed to be made. I was given a ride to and from work that day also - saving me having to bother friends or family, or renting a car. I was very happy with the job done and would highly recommend IAM to anyone in need of repairs to an European car.

Great Customer service and very helpful!

I.A.M was a life saver. I own a Mitsubishi Galant and was having some problems and there is no Mit. dealership near Nashville. I fell upon I.A.M (who has rights to work on Mit.) and they got me all fixed up. They went to my wifes workplace and picked her up and took her back to I.A.M so we did not have to worry about the headache of trying to pick up the car. The Customer service was an A++. Very nice people. I will go to them with all future problems and will tell all my friends and co-workers about them!

Excellent Import Car Care Shop.

Excellent staff; superior knowledge; timely and expert service. They were the only shop (out of 4) that I visited that was honest and up-front about the true nature of the problem with my car.
