I.A.M was a life saver. I own a Mitsubishi Galant and was having some problems and there is no Mit. dealership near Nashville. I fell upon I.A.M (who has rights to work on Mit.) and they got me all fixed up. They went to my wifes workplace and picked her up and took her back to I.A.M so we did not have to worry about the headache of trying to pick up the car. The Customer service was an A++. Very nice people. I will go to them with all future problems and will tell all my friends and co-workers about them!
Pros: Fast service, customer pick-up, and great customer service!

I have had my Mercedes serviced at a few different places in Nashville, and I have never had a worse experience from an auto repair shop. I left them my car to replace a windsheild wiper motor. When I went to pick it up, they prompted the young lady that was behind me to come forward. The clerk assisted her first even though I was next in line. I could overlook that, but the rest of the experience was bad. They acted like I was incoveinencing them and my business was interupting their wine party (literally). The worst part was they knew my brake light was out and transmission fluid was low. They weren't going to change the brake light or add transmission fluid, but I insisted. They charged a premium on their labor, and I felt they gave me sub par service. They will not receive my business again!

i enjoyed the experience though i didn't know that was possible with a car problem. they were nice and knew what they were talking about. i would send friends, co-workers, etc.

Excellent staff; superior knowledge; timely and expert service. They were the only shop (out of 4) that I visited that was honest and up-front about the true nature of the problem with my car.
