I used this place a while back but when paying with a credit card, they automatically passed their service charge onto you. I decided this past week to give them another shot...but pay cash. Called only to get an answering machine on a few occassions with no call back for appointment as promise on the message. They must not want business too bad. Called Adigio and got in almost immediately...Go there instead....better vibe anyway.

i get massages very frequently due to a host of physical injuries I have. Not only was I very relaxed by the session I was provided, but the therapist was very informed about my conditions and was able to better help me. I walked out feeling great. way to go and see you soon!!!

Love the place. I was treated very well. The therapist listened to what was going on with me and adapted the session to fit my needs. I'll be going back soon!!!

From the time I booked my appointment, until I left, I felt completely taken care of. My therapist listened to what I needed and ensured she worked on those areas. I felt awesome after I left. The atmosphere is great and I felt at home. I'll be sure to come back and I highly recomend it!

Ron is great. I have numerous sprains, breaks, strains and such all over and Ron puts me completely at ease rather quickly. I have yet to try the Hot Stone Massage and cannot wait. He is really easy to communicate with and is very down to earth. I highly recommend asking for Ron.

Pros: Relaxing atmosphere, open on the weekend, fairly good location.

Cons: Nothing.

I frequently receive a massage in Chattanooga, yet the one I received today at Body Conscious was the best ever! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a relaxing, theraputic, massage in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. All members of their staff were helpful in assisting me with my selection of the services I received.

I arrived in Nashville with friends in hopes of having a "spa day," but we had no appointment. My neck was stiff and everything ached. Body Conscious was the only place that accommodated our group, and I AM SO GLAD. The atmosphere was so relaxing, the three staff members were WONDERFUL, and the massages was, without question, the very best ever. For a tired, overworked, travel weary educator, finding this lovely establishment was a gift from heaven above! I will return there every time I visit Nashville. (My friend has already made an appointment for next week.)

Pros: Gifted Staff, Great Location, Beautiful Facility

What a great experience the staff was great the setting was great. Very relaxing highly recommend to anyone wanting a break from the stress. The staff went out of their way to accommadate us. We will visit again

I've had massages all over the country. This was the best, the therapists are professional and the atmosphere is relaxing. I would recomend Body Conscious to anyone who loves massage. Never have I had such a great massage, and the price is right !!

Worst massage EVER! Somebody needs to pick up a copy of Massage for Dummies...unprofessional atmosphere and staff. I've been to many different places in town and never have seen the "techniques" used here. I could have given myself and better massage and my friend left in pain and stiff! I would be suprised if these people are licensed. Trust me DON'T waste your money on this one!

Cons: unqualified staff, too bright in room, talked during massage
