Fair and poor.
by powergrid
The prices are great if you're buying equipment or rolls of film but the customer service is fair to poor. If you are not definitely buying a high end item they want nothing to do with you. On the developing side I've never had them done there but I know that they send their slides and black and white processing to Chromatics around the corner from them. So the two stars are just for what they have in stock only.
- Pros: Prices
- Cons: Customer service
High-quality each time

I've used Dury's for a few years now over some other chain developers such as Motophoto and Wolf.
Dury's does a good job on developing in particular. I also use Chromatics at time, but usually just end up at Dury's. Location isn't the best, but safe. No weekend hours at this location which is frustrating at times.
- Pros: quality developing, accessories, expertise
- Cons: location, no weekends
