DO NOT PARK IN THE PAY LOT next to Cafe Coco. We paid $5 to park there and got booted anyway. It happened to a couple of other cars that night, too. All of us paid. All of us got booted. All of us had to pay $50 to get the boot removed. I remember joking that we should have filmed ourselves putting money into the slot in case we got towed. Well, joke's on us. I won't park there again, but if you do, generate your own record for paying. It's a racket. Don't park anywhere where they don't give you a receipt.
Pros: great coffee and ambience
Cons: the pay lot outside is run by criminals
