The fish is always fresh; never cold or still frozen. Fish comes in every Thursday. The sushi chefs are friendly and always make good recommendations. The wait staff are also friendly. I love sashimi, and I always get the sashimi deluxe and a large hot sake. I haven't had the toro, because it is difficult to get good toro. Get the amaebi (sweet shrimp); it is the only place I know of that also serves deep fried shrimp heads; delicious!! It is a good place to relax and hang out with friends. I heard about the multi-course dinners from friends, but never had the chance to order it; it's a lot of food, but very homemade japanese food. I will try that next!
