BellSouth's so called business service easily ranks as the worst provider of telephone services in the industry. Their associates are poorly informed about what the company provides and the respective costs associated with the services. BellSouth's systems are poorly designed to work with small business. Attempts to correct problems with their faulty setups and charges require many hours of phone time with different people in another state who have little or no knowledge about your situation. They do not follow through on agreed upon corrective actions. Consider other options in your area if available.
