Great For Weddings

A few weeks ago i was in a wedding that was a absolute blast. it was a friend of mine and the entire weekend was a party. All the food was brought in by a place in hendersonville called Woodys and i had eaten at when i was just a kid. Just thought they were not around anymore, but believe me their still around and serving up the best food. They catered everything for the wedding, they were very friendly, neat and clean, and the food and refreshments were right on target.

Great Party

Had my wifes birthday party at Woody's, we had a large number of people show up and everything went fine. Had a private dinning room, which was nice food was great and service was really good. Sweet and sassy did our cake and it came out good too.

small menu packed full of flavor

highly recommend woody's, now the sign out front and the menus say Woody's Steak House. But I checked the address and its the same. one thing I liked about woody's was the the private parking lot with a fence, it gave us a sence of security. we walked in and the smell was wonderful it made me even more hungry. we were able to get a table near the piano which was really nice not to loud. the wine list is good, our salads were very fresh crisp. the STEAKS were fab. she had the filet and i had the ribeye the steaks were very tender and full of wonderful taste. this is a steak place and they do it right. we ordered a piece of vanilla-bean cheesecake for the road. and later that night it was the perfect end.

Woodys Steakhouse

I never knew Woodys Steakhouse did Catering till a friend told me about an event they had catered by woodys and also told me how great the food was. My daughter was getting married and I remembered Woodys while planning. I gave Woody and a call and received a price for what we needed. I called around and to my surprise no one even came close to the price I had received from Woody. We had them cater the rehearsal and the reception. WOW, the food was absolutely amazing. The Chef and his crew were very polite and went over and beyond to make all the guest happy. I will definitly use Woodys Steakhouse for all my catering needs in the future.

True Steakhouse

Loved It loved it loved it loved it. And a piano bar. loved that too. Woody's Steak House, I cant stop thanking how good the steaks were. I also cant wait to go back. This place is so old, and cute. Best place I have eaten in Nashville.

Most Awesome Food...

I have to say this is one of the best Steakhouses I have discovered. Woody's Steakhouse is not a chain restaurant. It has been in one family for over 60 years. Steaks are still hand cut and the rolls, dressings and desserts are all made by the owner and staff. You also can't beat their prices for the amount of food you get. In addition, they have wonderful piano music on Saturday nights so you can relax and have a great evening with that special someone... You will find the staff at Woody's are some of the areas best. Each time I have been in, they have always been very professional and do their best to make you feel special.

Amazing service and food

I recently had a birthday party in the upstairs room. The party was amazing due to the wonderful servers and the outstanding food. My guest had a choice between prime rib, ribeye and grouper everyone said the food was perfect. I had the prime rib I would say it was the best I have ever eaten, the flavor was wonderful! The servers went out of their way to accommodate my requests, they even helped me decorate. Everyone had a great time we would definitely recommend Woodys to everyone!

Simply Awesome

Wednesday night Woodys was packed. How can they run a Two Filets for $20 special. And stay in business, I don't know but man it was good. There was a wait for a table so we went to the bar or according to the sign the LOUNGE which had live music. Some thing I never knew they did. And that is what Hendersonville needs. The hostest finally came and got us and put us at table so we could still hear the music. Which we thought was sweet of her. Speaking of sweet our server was so nice. She took good care of us even with it being so busy. And there was some country music guy eating that everybody was making over. So the people watching was good too. And we are planing on going back one saturday night to the lounge, our server said they turn it into a piano bar on saturday nights.

NEW YEARS EVE

I am a local sales rep for TopRX, and the best restaurant in Nashville, TN is Woody's Steak House. So this is where I bring my customers. The treatment You get from the staff there at Woodys is wonderful. Well the week before New Years I was told about their famous blowout party they have in what is called THE LOUNGE at Woodys. And I had a great time, ran in to some old friends I haven't seen since high school. One more thing the bartender that Woody's has is a absolute KNOCKOUT.

Coupon at Fundaz

We found a discount certificate at the fundaz site for Woody's Steak House. It was a buy one get one on dinners and what a deal. We had a great time the food was just wonderful. The dinning room had Christmas Music playing it was really romantic. Strongly suggest going.

A Blast

The last 2 friday nights I have been to commando football games. and then to woodys afterwards, it was the best time. Woodys was called out during the games for supporting the school and several fans went back to woodys after the games. In the bar they had a band and happy hour all night. Nothing short of a blast. Next time your at woodys ask for Vanessa she was wonderful.
