I just ordered my daughter's birthday cake from Dawson's and figured I'd better write a review since I count on these reviews when making my choices for other places on City Search. This is the 4th year we have ordered her cake from Dawson's because she INSISTS we order it from there..........oh, and they have delicious cakes too! The staff have always been so helpful and pleasant too. It's a tiny little place tucked away in Hendersonville but dont' make the mistake of missing out on a great bakery.

I ordered my step-daughter’s birthday cake from sweet Miss Dawson. I ordered Strawberry Shortcake as a design and the cake was flavored strawberry and Miss Dawson used her homemade strawberry frosting, which is absolutely to die for! I highly recommend Dawson's Bakery! Everything we have had from there from cakes to cookies, to pastries have been unbelievable! I just love Miss Dawson because she is so honest and wonderful!
Pros: excellent food and great service
Cons: there are none!
