Well, this is the litmus test for me... I had Chef's Market cater a training session I recently did at a local hotel. In attendance were sales people and managers from our company (Terex, we build construction equipmen) plus customers, vendors, and the mechanics who work on the equipment. At the end of the session every attendee filled out an exit survey. Not surprising, everyone did not rave about what I spoke about. Not everyone liked the hotel. A few complained about the parking, the subject matter, the training curriculum and the price we charged for the class. The only unanimous compliment was for the food, catered by Chef's Market. Every single survey (plus many comments we heard during the lunch every day) mentioned the food, especially the incredible chips & sauce! These guys really do it right, and it's why I use them at every event. Absolutely first-class, the highest recommendation I could give.
Pros: Unique, gourmet catered food. The best chips and dip anywhere, ever!
Cons: I've never had the chance to eat in their dining room.
