A girl I work with told me about Bridal Warehouse and after spending a Saturday in Bridal hell (a.k.a. David's Bridal) I was worried I would have to wear a paper sack to my wedding. I went with my mom to Bridal Warehouse and we had such a great experience! The lady who helped us was excellent and there when we needed her, but also respected our boundaries and didn't try to push us into anything. They had a beautiful selection of dresses at great prices. I ended up getting the perfect dress and shoes while I was there. We went around 10 a.m. on a Saturday morning and there were maybe two or three other customers there so I recommend going early if you don't like crowds.

I had a great experience here. I thought that everyone on staff was very helpful and friendly. I found some great designer gowns at affordable prices. The people were very personable and helpful. I felt like they cared about my wedding and not just my sale. After my experience here I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Pros: Large Selections, Great staff
Cons: So many great dresses makes it hard to choice just one

There was a welcome that included pointing from the check out desk. Noone asked what style or color we were looking for. We were left to roam the sales floor looking through all the same looking dresses. One person finally came to us after we had been roaming for 30 minutes. She said she asked the others if someone was helping us and they said yes, that was a lie. There was a huge lot of dresses, however, they all seeming to look alike, strapless. I asked about an off the shoulder dress, they did have one. I thanked the one person who was willing to help and left the store. I would never purchase from them or refer them to anyone.
Pros: the one helpful employee
Cons: customer service, all dresses looked alike
