what happened?

I can see why this store was rated high at one time, but not now. I visited waldenbooks at least once a week and this store has gone downhill since. I was told there was a management change, I guess that makes the difference. There were two Waldenbooks locations very nearby but one closed recently and left this one. This was the better of the two by far, i emphasize WAS. For now I am making a drive elsewhere.

Small store...big help

I have shopped at both of all three of the large bookstores in nashville. I am usually searching for some harder to find books, not out-of-print, but most of the time I need a book ordered. It is near impossible to find someone to help me at the "big three". This waldenbooks location always gives me the personal attention I like to get from a bookstore.
