With the exception of Dr. Beauchamp himself the staff here is horridness! No matter when you call you are always put on hold - always. The receptions are rude, and very hard to deal with. One of the vets we have seen forgot to take my dog stitches out after the post surgery visit so we had to make a special trip back to them to take it out. Make sure to look at your bill the next time you are here and make sure they aren’t charging you extra for services they aren’t providing. I have had to ask them to remove charges for services that weren’t provided. I will not be back and this was my 3rd dog I have brought to this company. You are better off going somewhere else and I am an optimist.
