Carpet Den is ridiculously expensive for mass market contractor grade materials. Have you ever had a family member get absolutely blown out by a used car dealer. Well, then you've got an idea who these people are. I'm just sick to my stomach after hearing what one of my siblings was charged for a very standard 3/8" hardwood flooring project. Try $13K for 1,300 square feet. OK, call it double over typical retail. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.

I hate it when someone is artificially nice. My helper was Rachel, who was so artifically nice that I wanted to gag. She wasn't particularly knowledgeable, and tried to fudge her way through the selection process. I would have preferred her to be honest with me, and just tell me that she would find out, but alas no such thing. Her quote was over the top high, she wasn't negotiable in her pricing and got rather offended when I didn't want her selection. I got a much better deal, installation and all at Home Depot. And the salesperson didn't have a hissy fit.
Pros: Lovely to visit
Cons: Stuck up sales representative Rachel with attitude

I love that one person helps you through the process, and the selection was amazing, I had no idea they had so many types of flooring. I would recommend them to everyone.
