This place let a bed sore get out of control. Also broke 60 year old picture frames while packing my mother's items after we expressed concerns and requested that she be moved to another facility. Unfortunately, this place is typical of a lot of nursing or rehab facilities. NHC Cool Springs and Hendersonville are much cleaner and staff is more attentive to it's residents.
Pros: Therapists are great.
Cons: Non attentive nursing staff.
