The salon is very nice - not luxurious or over the top, but a really comfortable, friendly atmosphere. My family has been going to Janice Reynolds for a few years now and we love her! She is fun and sweet - our appointments are always fun! She is great with color and she always does a beautiful job on our cuts. My husband has had to use other stylists to accomodate his schedule, and he has always been happy.

Great Hair Salon

I have been going to this salon for years now and I have had great service. The price is high but well worth it because I always get what I ask for. I have never received bad service or rude service. The bad reviews prompted me to write mine because I dont feel like those are true customers.

Awsome salon! My hair has never looked better. I have been to a few different stylist there over the years & can not complain. After many years of waxing, I had laser hair removal. Good by razor!

I walked in after relocating to the area 15 years ago & continue to love it.

Hair Expressions in Brentwood Tn is very unprofessional

The owner of this place was unbelieveabley rude and insulted other hair salons. I do not recomend anyone go to this "salon". They damaged my hair and a friend of mine too. This place is awful.

HAIR EXPRESSIONS IN BRENTWOOD TN IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I have never in my life had such a bad hair job! All I wanted was to get my roots re-done and $95 later I have grey hair! I went back the next day to get it fixed and the guy put 3 more toners on my hair because he couldn?t get it right. My scalp was burning, my hair was falling out and now my roots were darker then my original color! What makes it worse was when I went to talk to the owner she was COMPLETELY unprofessional and VERY VERY RUDE! She smirked and laughed when I told her what happened. She said and your hair was not done 4 times it was done 3! LIKE THAT?S ANY BETTER!! She was completely awful and told me my six months of root growth looked fine and ?That was a highlight?. I will never ever go there again and if you care Anything about your hair you won?t go either. Now I have dark brown roots, light blonde hair, a flakey scalp, and half of my hair gone.

• Cons: The owner is awful and she does not care if they mess your hair up!

tori is really great on highlight, she listens you very carefully and does exactly what you want, she is genius about hair, you will not be regretted
