I ordered my daughter's first birthday cake from Puffy Muffin last year! It was perfect! I could not stop looking at it, it was soo cute! They had great examples and the colors were amazing! The cake was delicious! I plan on ordering my daughters cake there again next month! Best bakery in TN!

Pros: Great cakes, Good Customer Service!

Cons: None!

The muffins here are fabulous! You can choose from chocolate, banana nut, carrot nut, bran, blueberry, cream cheese, and more. They also have great quiches, cinnamon rolls and other pastries, and cookies to go. The eat in breakfast is great too.

Pros: muffin, breakfast

Cons: always crowded

I lived in Nashville for 4 years and moved to Chicago about a year ago. The eating is great in Chicago, but I have to say that I miss Puffy's quiches, tortilla soup, hash brown casserole, and delicious lemon-poppyseed bread. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast/brunch places of all time.

Try asking for a sunnyside up egg here. All their eggs are scrambled or in an omelet. Hmmm.... The food is very average. Muffins are pretty good--they microwave them before bringing them to the table, so they are very very warm.

I have eatend there for years, the food is bankable, the take out however is disoraginized and I only got half of the food I ordered and paid for, which I did not discover until I got home. The crunchy chicken casserole is great so is the cranberry salad. Always a wait, expect that and good food.

Pros: Food and location

Cons: won't seat incomplete parties

i have been to this establishment on more than one occasion and have never really been impressed. their food is average... mostly catered to elderly southern women. there are very few vegetarian options. the last time i was there was for a bridal luncheon. the manager was very rude to us and asked us to leave our table because all of our party was not there yet (we were missing the bride herself). it would have been a bit more understandable if there were not quite a few large empty tables around us. while i would not reccomend this place to eat at, their bakery however is great. the baker will make special (gluten free, casing and whey free) cakes upon request. if you have no allergies try the boston cream cake. it's to die for!

Pros: the bakery

Cons: rude service, long lines, not vegetarian friendly

this was one of the fanciest, classiest, tastiest, breakfasts i have ever had! its a must try! make sure you get there early. we arrived early, and the crowd quickly formed. there are several goodies to take home for dessert too. go check it out!!!

Pros: plenty of parking

Cons: cant think of any

I was expecting something a little stuffy, but aside from the fact that it looks like the dining room at a country club, it wasn't the least bit stuffy. Our waitress was very nice and helpful, really giving us good information since it was our first time there. The Chicken Salad & the Spinach/Bacon Quich were both excellent choices. For dessert (if you can resist, more power to you), we tried the Jackson Pie and the Sour Cream Coconut Cake, both of which were excellent. Give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Cute & cozy atmosphere with yummy pastries and light lunch menu. The chicken salad was quite good! Nice environment to have a quiet conversation.
