Wow! I felt as if I ws in Mexico. The Guacamole made at the table has got to be the best in the world. The Cozyman sampler margarita was a good way to find a favorite. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The manager even welcomed us as a first time guest. Try to find that anywhere else. Your crazy if you go anywhere else for true Mexican food.
Pros: Guacamole, Sampler (rita), friendly
Cons: need more patio room, need live music

The Maya Ritas are fabulous and worth every penny. Grabbing a seat on the patio or in the cantina is like experiencing a mini-vacation! I steer clear of the regular menu items like burritos and chimichangas just for the fact that their specialty entrees are to die for! The queso dip or chicken flameado are great appetizers. The keylime cheesecake is w o n d e r f u l! So to me, that's a start to finish absolutely splendid restaurant experience each and every time I go! (And that's often might I add)
Pros: Inexpensive, Flavored Margaritas, Handmade Tortillas

I must disagree with Joelpcox. If he wants authentic mexican, maybe he should take a trip to Mexico. I am sure not everyone at Macaroni Grill is Italian. The food is wonder and the service is friendly and over the top. My favorite dish is the chicken chimichanga and my favorite margarita is the Maya!!! The salsa is awesome and the tableside guacamole is out of this world. Anyone wanting a fun experience should go to Cozymel's.
Pros: Margaritas, reasonably priced, huge meals

We've been twice. This is not Mexican food. This is Americanized Mexican food, which tasted like it came straight out of a cardboard box. As another review has stated, this food's main spice seemed to be ketchup. Atmosphere:I am sure that plenty of money has been thrown at decor, because I found this place pretensious (by the way, I never saw a person of Mexican origin anywhere in the restaurant). You know, you can tell a lot about a Mexican restaurant by its salsa. Overall, this restaurant is much like its salsa, too much about appearance and not about taste.

The food here is the best mexican food in town! it is very inexpensive and the servers are generally great!!

My wife and I dine at your restuarant weekly and have never had a bad meal, or bad service. Even the managers go out of their way to make sure we are welcome. We frequently dine at many restaurants in the area and always come back to Cozymel's, the staff here is excellent and should be commended for their service.
Pros: always find seaating, excellent drinks, friendly staff

My husband and I on a rare night out alone without our 3 sons, decided to go to Tony Romas in Brentwood. To our dismay, it was no longer there! We scanned the area and he suggested Cozymels..I reluctantly agreed with images of an upscale 'Taco Bell' dancing in my head. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! The food was delicious and plentiful, the service was attentive without being obtrusive. The atmosphere had an authenticity that was not pretentious at all! 2 snaps up in a circle!!!!!
Pros: Delicious, Inexpensive, Great atmosphere
Cons: Not one in my area!

Gaucamole at the table side was great. The pork roast is terrific every time and the seafood dishes are tasty options not available anywhere else.
Pros: Margaritas, Fajitas, Portions
Cons: Beat up Building, Bathrooms
