Great Place

Our stay was very good, was there for two nights on business. The Staff did everything they could to make our stay as best as possible. Everytime we stay things start looking better with all the improvements.
Bigots Welcome
by waldie25 at Citysearch
While I haven't stayed at this hotel. It should be noted that the management at this hotel recently fired two employees for being gay. According to media reports, the two gentlemen didn't even come out at work. They were outed by a third party. Regardless, when the manager found out, he quickly fired both. Now, to add insult to injury, the manager fosters this behavior. When approached about the situation, a female manager said that they were fired for being gay but, "we still have a few sissies workin here"
DO NOT SUPPORT this type of behavior. Let these people know that bigotry will not be tolerated.
- Pros: none
- Cons: management's firing of staff for being gay
For more than 50 years, this hotel's familiar green sign has signaled budget-friendly lodging for families and business travelers.

In Short
Since its 1952 debut in Memphis, Tenn., Holiday Inn has become one of the most recognized hotel brands in the world. Kids rule here: Children age 19 and younger stay for free when sharing a parent's room and as many as four children per family (age 12 or younger) eat for free at hotel restaurants. Other amenities include 24-hour business services, an in-room coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer, room service, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
New Orleans Style

This hotel was just renovated and looks brand new. Don't let the name fool you this is not your mother's Holiday Inn. The hotel restraunt is something out of New Orleans, the food was delicous and portions were hefty. My wife and I had a room on the seventh floor and the view was spectacular - overlooking Brentwood and the rolling hills of Nashville. Service was great from the front desk agent Kendrika and our waiter in the restraunt, they were very helpful and courtious. Best off all the parking was free unlike hotels in downtown Nashville which was only a ten minute drive.
- Pros: Newly Renovated, Free Parking, GREAT Restraunt
- Cons: None
