They were unable to obtain a converter for my Mercedes and when I requested a refund "Dillon" the manager of the Antioch store hung up on me. Charge has been contested on my AMEX card. Over the years I have done a lot of business with Cartronics but it seems that they have loss sight of what a customer really is, their life. I would recommend Circuit City or someone who really cares. Lord Henry
