I absolutely agree. I went there after I heard their radio commercial. I found the dealership very unfriendly. Sellers weren't trying to help me choose, but were trying to make a choice for me, ready to get into my vallet. I walked away without a car. Wanda.

These people turned my car buying experience into a nightmare! Prices and offers I saw on their Website turned out to be totally different when I got there. Their dealers looked down on me. It took FIVE hours to do paperwork. So OK, I don't have a credit history good enough for Bill Heard. But there is no need to rub it in my face like they did! They lost my papers THREE (!!!) times and I had to come back over and over again! In the end I heard them laughing behind my back! The way their financial department treated me was terrible. The dealer who showed me the car didn't seem to know anything about what he was doing. Anyway, I cannot fully describe my frustration. Those people are arrogant and incompetent! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you have a choice to buy car eslewhere-do it!
