Acupuncture was my last resort in trying to get relief and get to the source of my chronic migraines and headaches. I had been to many doctors and specialists, and they just got worse. I'd always been scared of the idea of acupuncture, but I had exhausted my list of options. The website for Ancient Healing and Wellness explained the acupuncture and gave testimonies of people who'd benefited, so when I went into my first appointment, I was hopeful but still skeptical. Over the time of my treatment, I've been thrilled to see my headaches and migraines lessen remarkably. I can actually plan to do things with friends again and feel like myself for the first time in a year! I highly recommend visiting Ancient Healing and Wellness for any ongoing health problem. I'm sending my friends for everything from stubborn adult acne that isn't being helped by a dermatologist to rhumatoid arthritis.
Pros: Holistic approach to health issues. Relaxing ambience.
Cons: Not covered by most health insurances in state of Tennessee

I have found that Mr. Anderson's treatment of pain and soreness in my left shoulder and left side of my neck has been very effective. After 4 weeks I have found and 80% improvement with my shoulder and neck. I'm not a stranger to acupuncture. In the early 90's I had a six week treatment in my right leg, in which there was some pain, After a perennial cyst was removed. It is well worth the experience of trying this avenue of the healing/mending process before the choice of surgeries.
