AWESOME ATMOSPHERE & SERVICE!

I went in yesterday afternoon for the first time. My sister had recommended it. She gets her eyebrows done there are loves it. Rochelle squeezed me into her schedule for an eyebrow wax. Wax Nashville has a very relaxed and soothing feeling. She was very friendly and took time to evaluate my face shape and my eyebrows. She even did the Hollywood treatment where she used makeup to accent them. Then she showed me what products she used and how to use them to recreate the look. My eyebrows have never looked better and I look forward to returning. I would 100% recommend Wax Nashville to everyone. Thanks Rochelle and team!

Top Quality waxing from a picky customer

I've had my brows waxed for years and ever since I moved to TN last year, I have exclusively used Wax Nashville. Rochelle does an incredible job-with her lash tinting and brow waxing, I can wear no makeup and still have a fresh and polished face. She is also incredibly kind and easy to talk with-none of the snooty attitude that many spa employees tend to project.

The price is much less than what I have paid in other major cities and I am always incredibly satisfied with the results. If you want perfectly shaped brows, Wax Nashville is the place to go!

No place better!!!!

I never waxed my brows until last year. I was always scared of anyone touching my brows because I wanted to keep them thick. I tried out Rochelle and she put me to ease right away and asked what i wanted. She gave me just that! I have never received more compliments on my brows!!!!!! I wish I would have met her sooner!

The other technicians are wonderful too. I would trust them with anything! You can't go wrong with any of them. Thankfully, I never have to worry about my waxing from now on. I am in the best hands EVER!

I've had my brows waxed for twelve years now by a dozen different estheticians in three states. I was disappointed by the results I obtained from my brow waxes with Rochelle at Wax Nashville, and with the overall experience. She did a very good job the first time I came in, but it has been downhill from there. Her shaping ability is just average, certainly not worth the 25-35 bucks. I've had perfect, flawless results below that price point with very little pain at other salons. The talent level is just not good enough to justify these prices!!

While everyone is nice, there is also a general lack of privacy and relaxation here. The estheticians talk to each other over the walls from one room to the next, since there is a gap between the walls and the ceiling. They also leave the doors open during facial waxing and feel free to walk in and talk to one another during treatments- very annoying! I felt like I was in a ladies bathroom stall, not a treatment room!

Also, the pain factor is higher than I've experienced before, perhaps due to the type of wax they use.

Overall it was just average and way too expensive for what you get. I've had perfect waxes with very little pain in serene private treatment rooms for $20, so this place just doesn't measure up.

Big City Service, Small Town Feel

I love Nashville, after moving here from San Francisco I looked high and low for a place to do wax my eyebrows where the person didn't bully me or complete disregard my requests as to how to shape my brows. Rochelle is the most ah-mazing esthetician in Nashville hands down.

I am a firm believer that with a strong brow you can forgo makeup and thanks to Rochelle I only wear makeup twice a week. I wouldn't trust my brows to just anyone.

Wonderful Waxing and Facials

Services are done in a relaxed and soothing atmosphere. Rochelle has made my non existent brows existent again. Her facials are soothing and my skin now glows. The staff are kind and professional. I never feel that they are pushing me to buy products or services. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Good experience

It was my first wax experience. I started it with my legs. I shaved my legs by mistake 5 days before the appointment . The hair was too short to wax quick and well but Rochelle did her best for me. I'm very impressed that my hair hasn't grown back yet. I'm gonna keep doing for my legs and also try bikini wax next time.
