I have a hard time figuring out why that managers think they are always right. I had an appointment for a pedicure with a young lady that has been at that spa for a couple of years and I truly enjoy her. I was told when I went in for my regular appointment that she know longer worked there. When I asked if they knew when I confirmed earlier that afternoon that she would not be there they said no. But then I found out that they new, and did not tell me that they where goin to let her go at the end of the day. Why did they not call me back and explain what happend. I ended up getting the worst pedicure.I could have saved alot of money just by doin it at home. The girl just scrubbed alittle and rubbed a little and that was all my feet looked like they did when I got there. So what is a girl to do? All I want to know is BRANDY WHERE ARE YOU!!!
Pros: Beautiful spa and clean
Cons: The MANAGMENT!!!!

I called this Spa after receiving a gift card from my mother for Christmas and booked an appointment. I’ve been to another spa locally and did not have a good experience, so I was hesitant to try another one. They were so nice on the phone and helped me find the perfect massage. I walked in and was treated great! I was shown to a relaxing private waiting room. I can’t remember the name of the girl who gave me the massage, but it was wonderful! This place is awesome, and I will be back!!!
Pros: friendly prompt staff, relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: can't afford to get a massage daily, lol :)

I received a Gift Certificate for a facial and decided to give it a try. This was the most amazing facial ever, it was 80 minutes long, the products smelled great and felt great. The Manager was very welcoming and took care of all the details with my Gift Card. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I even bought some of the products to keep using at home.
Pros: Ambience, cleanliness, staff, products
Cons: Not open on Mondays

The new management would not honor the gift card my husband purchased for me from the previous owners. They didn't tell me this till after services were rendered and they told me I had to pay (AGAIN). The manager was not very professional and offered no resolution. She spoke to me very condescendingly. I felt humiliated over the situation. It was not necessary to treat a customer in that manner. I will not go back there and I will not recommend AMATA to any of my friends, family, or coworkers. There are tons other spas in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area who would love the business.
Pros: ambience
Cons: just your basic spa, but with a rude manager
