Solid stop for guys

I stop here 2-3 times a month to find deals on my jeans, shirts, and shoes. Recently they have had some new stuff too which helps because there aren't many places to shop for men in Nashville that are reasonably prices.

I avoid coming in the mornings because there seems to be a crowd waiting at the door to sell their wares.

• Pros: Guys clothing, good music and prices
• Cons: Crowded

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are great, attentive, they have excellent merchandise, I don't know who ticked off the first lady, but she didn't deserve to stay in the store five minutes!!!!!!!!!! I Love the Shop, and I Love the STAFF!!!!!!!!! Go there no way can you be disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Wouldn't shop there if they paid me - and they would.

Walked in, spent five minutes, and walked right out. The staff seems to be more concerned like acting like "the cool kids" (i.e. too cool to be helpful or polite) than providing good customer service. Asked to speak to the manager, and she was twice as aggressive as the staff. Take their money if you must, but don't patronize.

Very good selection and value, usually

While the previous review was most likely written by staff (naughty, naughty), the store does not need such reviews. The store is laid-back and young. I've found great emerging designers like Guenerra and Interlud as well as mid-range brands like BCBG. The store has a great selection of jeans too! The selection is comparable to what is found next door at Posh. The prices went up overall this year, but they still are quite reasonable for used clothes.

The trade 40% rule makes me want to sell my items on ebay instead, but the rule is understandable for such a fantastic location and to pay the great staff that they have. I like them all.

• Cons: some fakes, but not in the jeans section

This place is the best, hands down! Great place to buy & sell clothes- unbelievable prices on name brand clothing!

This place is more then impressive! They have jeans that are $175 dollars everywhere else for $50 bucks! And you can bring in your clothing and get cash for it right away! No waiting! They take the risk and take it off your hands but make sure your stuff is in good condition and clean because they won't take 'just anything'- which is a good thing!!!I love this place and am telling everyone I know about it. Plus, the locatoin is perfect- right in the heart of Hillsboro Village. Clothing X Change is a Godsend!
