Shana is the BEST!

I have been a client of Shana's for 9 years and I have always left the salon very happy with the way I look.I would not have picked anyone else to do my hair and makeup for my wedding 5 years ago. Everywhere I go, people compliment my hair and I always brag on my awesome hairstylist. She knows the latest trends, the latest techniques, and she always does exactly what I ask. When I don't know exactly what I want, she will offer suggestions and they're always good.

Not only is she great at hair, she is very personable and makes sure you relax with wine, soothing music, and her shampoos are amazing. The atmosphere of the salon is unique. The building (built in the 1920s) is interesting and definitely has an ambiance to it. It is very conveniently located near Music Row and their hours are flexible. So go and check out Harlow Salon. You won't be disappointed!

Best haircut i've ever had :)

Typically, I have never really cared about my hair stylist, or the salon I went to. However, now I am hooked. :) I found Harlow through a package deal and absolutely love it there. It's got such a cool feel to the salon, the stylists are always friendly and make you feel at home with offerings of drinks and such. But most importantly, the quality of hair styling there is so high! I have never had the privilege of having Shana do my hair, she seems to have many fans! But a guy named John does my hair, and I completely trust him when I try and explain what I'd like to have done. And he makes it look better than I could expect, every time. If you like natural tones and highlights, he does an EXCELLENT job at really adding depth to your color, but in a subtle way. I have never left the salon wishing for something different, and I've never seen any other customer leave without a lovely style. I think everyone there is great!

Best Salon in Town

I have been going to Shana at Harlow for nearly a year. She was recommended to me by a friend who has gone to her for years. I love the relaxed but sassy vibe at Harlow. The staff is all professional and courteous, but in a fun and slightly funky manner.

Shana always listens when I describe how I want my hair to look and feel, and she always gets it exactly right. Usually making me look even better than I had hoped!

Harlow offers a great atmosphere with professional staff and services. You can't go wrong when you make an appointment at Harlow!

Best Customer Service!

Friendly staff, cute salon, great prices, great products, great service! Shana is my stylist and she is the friendliest, funniest, easiest person to communicate with and work with to get exactly what you want out of your hair. :) I always leave satisfied with not only my hairstyle, but with my whole experience @ Harlow. They make you feel warm and welcome and actually listen to YOU. As a result, I keep coming back for more!

Great at Men's hair, too!

I have an embarrassing skin condition on my scalp that has caused a bald spot, along with several "cow-licks". I had trouble finding anyone to cut my hair and get it to look right. Then my girlfriend at the time (now my wife) introduced me to Shana. The way she cuts my hair is perfect and she can get all my cowlicks to lay flat, plus cover up the bald that my skin condition has caused. Plus, she treats you well with drinks and is very personable. I have been a client for close to 7 years and won't go anywhere else.

Professional Male Friendly Salon

Harlow Salon is one of the few salons in Nashville that is professional and male friendly. Shana offers outstanding service along with a great personality . My search to find a comfortable setting and guy friendly atmosphere ended with Harlows website. It was the only salon I found that was not only aiming for the female demographic. Making an appointment was quick, easy, and pain free. The unique style of the shop reflects that of music row. Thanks for a great haircut and I will be sure to return!

Harlow Salon is great. Shana is wonderful. I use to drive to Knoxville to get my hair done but after having Shana do it I am hooked. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous hair and make-up, relaxing environment, best salon in Nashville

Shana has done my hair for about 9 years now and she is "THE BOMB" she is always up to date with all the current styles. She makes you feel like a princess! She is so beautiful inside and out, she is soooo sweet and makes you feel special while your in her chair. She really listens to what you want and if your not sure what your looking for she's the girl to see, she always makes fabulous suggestions! Since opening Harlow the salon experience is almost like a mini vacations, you go there relax and come out looking beautiful. I always look forward to my appointments not only for the great service but also the great conversations. Shana is also a very talented make-up artist and has her own tutorial dvd you can purchase. The salon itself is just amazing along with the wine and music who could resist. All the women there are awesome. I promise if you ever visit Harlow you'll never want to go anywhere else. Don't foreget Harlow is also located in a great location on Music Row. FABULOUS is the word I only word I use to describe Harlow. Don't forget to ask for Shana!

Would Never Go Anywhere Else...

I love this place! I am one of those people who doesn?t know much about hair. So when I go to get my haircut I fully expect the hair dresser to tell me what will look good. This philosophy has not served me well in the past. But then came Shana!!!!!!!!! I will never go anywhere else again! She is so creative and every time I go I leave with something new and a whole new confidence about myself. It is so much better than therapy!!!!!! I simply just love Harlow and my Shana!!!!

I also recently convinced my mom to go who has always had ?below average? hair. She looks AMAZING!!! The color could not be any better and the cut takes years off her face. My mom called me the day after and said, ?I have never had anyone comment on my hair in my entire life and today more than five people said it looked good.? She was so excited.

So GO!!! NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fall in love with your hair all over again!

Last year, I was ready for a dramatic change to my hair. I knew that didn't want to go to some cheap place that NEVER cuts or colors my hair right. So after being referred to Shana from a co-worker, I immediately called to set up a consultation. When I walked into the salon I knew, without a doubt, that I was in right place for what I needed. I had never been to a professional salon before (let alone a consultation), so I was nervous at first. Well, needless to say, Shana made me feel right at home as we discussed the options of what to do with my non-functional hair. The one thing I remember the most, is that she really listened to what I had to say. I think that is a fine quality that stylists nowadays are truly missing. After our chat, we scheduled my appointment, and Shana did EXACTLY what we discussed...which was a total makeover! We discussed peek-a-boo highlights and she did it perfectly. I also got my make-up done and walked out of that salon as a truly new person. Since then, I feel like it's a treat to myself to see my good friend, sip on some wine, and get pampered with some beautiful hair. After falling in love with my hair all over again, I was ready to become more daring, and Shana was right there to help. I now get compliments on my hair daily (seriously!) and I'm always sure to tell everyone to check out the Harlow Salon.

And let's not forget about Eva and Stacey! It's always a joy to see them when I'm there. They all share the same vision of doing superb hair while making every person feel like a VIP star. They use great products and they're always hosting specials.

The Harlow Salon is the touch of glam to Nashville where you don't have to be a superstar to feel like one!
