Doctor Rye and staff were the most professional and caring vet staff that I have encountered. From the cutting edge equipment and great "bed side" manor we felt well informed and received very personalized service. They took the time to explain what was going on with our Greyhound and the best news is that the procedure did the trick and he is back to his old self. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.
Pros: Professional, caring, great bed side manor
Cons: did not know about them sooner!

Dr. Rye is an excellent veterinarian. My lab suffers from severe allergies and went undiagnosed for years. Many vets thought that she just had isolated cases of infection, rashes, etc., but the first time we saw Dr. Rye, he knew that allergies were the problem. Dr. Rye taught me how to administer allergy shots and treat her symptoms myself. He has saved me a million trips to his office! We recently relocated and had another case of severe allergies. Dr. Rye was kind enough to call and talk with me since we didn't have a new veterinarian yet. Therefore, I highly recommend him.

We chose Dr. Rye and his office because we were looking specifically for a vet who performed laser declawing. We could not have asked for a more caring staff! From the initial contact I made with the office to boarding our kittens on a recent mini-vacation, the doctor and his staff have been wonderful to work with. The doctor contacted me personally after their surgeries to let me know that they were recovering as expected and there were no problems. The staff treated our kitties as if they were their own...they went above and beyond what we expected! The office is approx. 1 hour from our home but we will make the drive whenever we need care for any of our cats. The office is very clean and welcoming. We would recommend this vet and his staff to anyone looking for vet services!

Since 2003, when his family moved to Nashville, Dr. Rye has been our vet for our 9 year-old Labrador Retriever. He has provided great service to our family's pet and has taken the time to answer any questions that we have had. On one emergency visit, when our pet was involved in an accident, Dr. Rye checked in with us after our visit to ensure that our dog was recovering well. We appreciate all he has done for our pet and would highly recommend him to anyone.
