My girlfriends and I were bar hopping down Broadway and were having a blast, until we got to the Full Moon Saloon. The music was okay and it's hard to mess up a bottled beer, so that was fine. The problem.....THE OWNER!! He was rude and quite ignorant. He does not know the meaning for the words "customer satisfaction". There are so many wonderful bars with amazing music that I would recommend just walking on by if you come to The Full Moon Saloon. In fact, the Stage which is a couple bars down was far better and the service was great!! So was the music and the clientele was heads above. Don't contribute your hard earned dollars where they are not appreciated!!

  • Cons: the place stunk and the owner was rude

It's a honky-tonk with cold beer and awesome music. Travis Mann Band is by far the best I've heard/seen play on Broadway. Its a group of young guys that have fun while they play. They do some covers and some originals, and the one that "kybabe" is talking about is George Jones song "He stopped loving her today" and its hilarious and fun to dance too. Everytime I'm there the dance floor is packed.

Anyone with a mellow attitude and enjoys classic country music with a twist would enjoy this place. Obviously, the bad review is from a crowd of grumpy older people.

Check it out for yourself, I'm sure you will have a blast!

  • Pros: no cover, great music
  • Cons: parking

The house band was horrible, we asked for country music and they did a rap version of george jones. Besides us 6 there were never more than 2 other people in this bar, The house band Travis mann band said they did no request, they played what they wanted when they wanted, they live there we would be gone in a day or two, swear to god they said that to us. Myself my sis our spouces are all almost 50 my 73 year old Dad was with us, and because we said we would finish our sodas and leave because we thought the band was horrible, a band member grabbed my Dad and pushed him agaisnt the wall, cutting his arm. My Dad and Sis was visiting from Delaware. I live 45 mins from Nashville, I was so embarrassed, the full moon saloon and the travis mann band set the south back 200 years. This is the worst bar on broadway. They portrayed every sterotype except burning a cross in front of us or saying the N word.
