I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARIA'S PRISTINE CLEANING! Maria and her helper Rachel cleaned my home Thursday of this week. She and Rachel executed the most THORUOGH CLEANING JOB I have ever seen. I continue to be amazed at the EXCELLENT work they did at an extremely reasonable rate. I can't say enough good things about Maria's service regarding how clean and beautiful our home was after she finished. It is a large 2 story with hardwood floors throughout and not easy to clean. Maria and Rachel cleaned everything - the tile walls in all of the bathrooms, the microwave, appliances, every last detail...even the remote controls! My husband and I have used different cleaning people over the years, but no one has ever been as thorough and efficient as Maria. My husband is even more picky than I am, and he called me at work to say our house looked INCREDIBLE and that he wants Maria to keep us on her schedule until she retires! Maria is a sweet, sincere, responsible hard worker. My husband and I feel blessed to have found her. My sister-in-law and 2 best friends are going to use her as well. If someone (other reviewers) had a problem, I would say they need to look at themselves and their expectations. Our expectectations were very high and Maria exceeded them completely!!!

I have never had a cleaning service get offended when you ask for your home to be cleaned a certain way. Certainly, I should NEVER have to sweep & vacuum my floors right after they leave, due to poor workmanship. Poor Communication. 1) They bumped our timeslot to accomodate a Titan player (offensive) 2) They broke several items and then asked if they could have them (obsurd) 3) They submitted their "real" price list after the first teaser rate on the additional clean (misleading) 4) Made specific comments as to my personal character and I had never met her in person (childish) 5) After all of this, we offered them $10 more a week to keep us on our original schedule & tried to work it out. However, after they left the last time, I discovered a broken lamp, vase, subwoofer, and gouged cherry nightstand. IIf you hire these folks, do so at your own risk and make sure you check your belongings for damage before you pay them.
Pros: NONE
Cons: Late appts, rushed and incomplete work, broken personal items, horrible attitude

The house looked wonderful, it smelled very clean. She is very thorough, orangizing, neat. I would recommend to service to anyone. We loved going to a cleaned house. Maria you did a wonderful job.
