I honestly feel like I'm walking into a friend's house instead of a doctor's office. From the minute you walk in the door, everyone is friendly, greets you by name and says hello to you. You can tell that they enjoy enjoy their job and enjoy being there. Dr. Ray is really genuine and cares about his patients. When the x-ray didn't really show anything and the mri didn't really show anything...he kept looking to see what could be causing my back pain. I've never been to a doctor's office where everyone was as nice and happy as they are at Dunn Chiropractic. Usually when I've walked into doctor's offices before, the receptionist is sitting behind her glass wall and it appears as though it pains her when someone signs in. At Dunn, when you walk in Erica, or Jodi, or whoever is sitting up there greets you with a genuine smile (not a forced one) and asks you how you are doing. You don't ever feel like you are "bothering" them because you have an appointment. Customer service is really key if you ask me. If I go to someone's office and they are short or rude or even if they just aren't nice and the doctor doesn't seem to really care about his patients...I won't go back there. I would recommend Dunn Chiropractic Clinic to anyone who has even thought about going to see a chiropractor.

I have been going to Dunn Chiropractic Clinic for 2 years now and I would recommend them to anyone. I was skeptical of chiropractic services until I really needed them and Dr. Ray and his staff always make me feel welcome and respected. There are so many services available at Dunn, not just adjustments and traction. They do electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, myofacial massages, and offer other homeopathic remedies.

Pros: Friendly, Fast, Can always get an appointment, Respectful staff, good parking, easy to get to

Being a younger patient, you are always skeptical of going to new clinics and meeting doctors with the worry that you will have something terribly wrong with you or that you can't get fixed. My experience at Dunn Clinic when i first walked in was "WOW". Not only was the atmosphere so relaxing and comfortable but the staff was so warm and cared for MY needs as a patient. I got the care that i needed to feel better so i could start feeling normal again. My reason for coming to Dunn Clinic was a critical car accident i had gotten into. Being in that much of a trauma state you get let down on wondering if you will ever return to how you used to feel. I had constant pain and my neck was strapped in a brace. Dr. Ray helped me gain movement back in my Shoulders and neck and the therapist gave me wonderful therapies to reduce that constant pain. The therapist were so caring and personalized there skills in helping me. I felt that one on one care that i was looking for. I give my highest recommendation to this wonderful team. I am now back to myself again and without Dunn Clinic i don't think my progress would have improved. Thank You for being so caring and giving and for all the warmness your smiles gave me.

I am so thankful for the help that Dr. Ray and his staff have given me. I thought I would not make it through another day with the neck and shoulder pain I had begun to suffer over a year ago. Not only is Dr. Ray kind and intelligent, he is interesting and compassionate to human life and suffering. He will always ask if you have questions after he gives an explanation to your condition. He is trustworthy, honest and attentive to your needs. The decision to have Chiropractic Therapy Treatment over Surgery was the best decision I could have made. My life took a complete turn-a-around with the professional team at this Clinic. I continue to look forward to my treatments and some laughter. The Clinic has a very tranquil and comfortable waiting room with a friendly staff. It gets even better when you don’t have to wait forever to be seen by the therapist. The state-of-art facility from mechanical traction, electrical stimulation, laser and whirlpool therapy too many other fine techniques have all helped my overall condition. It’s wonderful!! The myofascials are a MUST if you need trigger point therapy. It’s a special facility and you will feel special as well!

I've been going to Dr Ray for some time now. I've been to many good chiropractors back when I lived in NYC, but none that had as much of an overall knowledge of things outside of the spine. Ray looks at the big picture, not just your back. He also cares a great deal. There have been plenty of days when he has been slammed with patients while I was in there, but he has ALWAYS taken then extra time if I needed to ask him something or needed some extra treatment. He has helped me in many ways. That all goes a long way with me and is why I will continue to go to him and refer people. I couldn't possibly write this review without praising his staff. They are just amazing. It's nice to go into a robot-free environment each time you visit a Dr's office. Always a laugh. They always get me in when I need, and with my travel schedule, I'm not easy. Dr Ray is lucky to have them.

-FIRST IMPRESSIONS- Walking in the door you immediately recognize you're in a rock solid, professional environment. It's a first class health clinic. - STAFF - Professional, kind, inviting, funny. The communication system, in ear radio devices, make patient flow, care, and effeciency first priority. I've never seen anything like it in 40 years. - HEALTH CARE - For 15 years I lived with what I thought was a broken tail bone. Only with Dr. Ray did we discover I had actually sustained a compression injury in my lower back. With a multi-faceted approach including traction, stem, laser and more, I can now actually sit on the floor with no pain after all these years. Dr. Ray has also helped me recover from shingles and the after-effects of that illness. As a cancer survivor, I'm grateful for the team's help, support and expertise in helping me get back in shape, stay healthy, and more fully enjoy life.

Pros: Broad Spectrum of Services and High Tech Equipment

Cons: 10 Minute Blocks on the Hydro-Bed! You'll want to stay there forever!

I have been a patient at Dunn Clinic for approximately 15 years. The staff is professional and efficient while maintaining a level of great compassion. Dr. Ray is not just another "chiropractor". He always goes the extra mile to determine the underlying causes of whatever I am experiencing. He does not rush his patients nor does he recommend unnecessary treatments; he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff are all helpful and warm and will do everything possible to accommodate my schedule. Dunn Clinic offers modern and innovational treatment techniques in a state of the art medical facility. The atmosphere is warm, yet professional. I have heard of no other chiropractic clinics that could compare to Dunn Clinic! They constantly upgrade their equipment and offer the latest technology. I am proud to tell people that I am a patient of Dunn Clinic!!

Spa Chiropractic’s – Who would’ve ever thought! Most people are skeptics when it comes to chiropractic care. I am a medical professional in a major health facility in Nashville, Tennessee and used to be one of those people! Five years ago I received a suggestion from a friend to consider chiropractic care to correct a back strain injury instead of masking it’s symptoms with medications. Thanks to Dr. Ray’s expertise and his highly professional / proficient and friendly staff; I continue to enjoy the (spa-like) benefits of a comprehensive facility that not only takes care of my spinal issues but other skeletal structures as well including my knees, elbows and feet! Dr. Ray, as a matter of fact, cured my “tennis elbow” (I had suffered with over a year) when an orthopedic surgeon and physical rehabilitation exercises could not! It’s really a great “relief” to know that a majority of pain and discomfort can be treated or corrected with chiropractic adjustment instead of prescriptions or invasive surgery. I would most definitely recommend Dunn Chiropractic Clinic for alternative therapy before considering more invasive treatments! The quality of care and personable treatment I have received at Dunn Clinic far exceeds any experience of other chiropractic practices I have visited! L. Parsons

I've been to several other chiropractors in the city & other areas--Dunn Chiropractic is by far the best. Dr. Ray & Dr. Mark are both extremely thorough, educated, and I trust them completely--very important factors for me when deciding where to get chiropractic treatment. Before they provide any treatment, they thoroughly evaluate your condition by taking x-rays, etc. I really appreciate that they aim for long-term solutions (I've been shown many strength training exercises, had posture coaching & other helpful measures to try to correct my back/neck problems) instead of just trying to temporarily relieve the pain & taking your money. Everyone at the office is wonderful--the administrative staff & therapists are friendly & really go out of their way for customers. The office is conveniently located & the facility is beautiful. Basically--I look forward to my appointments [as everyone in my workplace knows] & have had a great experience at Dunn...would recommend to anyone!

If you are needing chiropractic care, I highly recommend Dunn Chirpractic Clinic. The front staff is wonderful and very attentive. Gabrielle, Erin, and Kelly always remember my name. Dr. Ray and Dr. Mark, as well as the therapists, give quality care and make any, if at all, waiting time minimal.
