great service, poor performance

I took my SUV in to get the windows tinted, and the guy working was very nice and competitively priced ($175). I dropped my car off and was told that it would be done in three hours. Almost four hours later I got a call from them. They "ran out of window tint" so they couldn't finish my car. So they did all of the windows except for the drivers and passenger windows. I found this unacceptable and demanded a refund, which they provided ($40). All in all, I'll never go back.
