I just purchased a house with Barbara McGuire and she was wonderful!! After searching for what seemed like forever, we finally found a house that I love!! She was great assest to me because this is my first house and I had no clue what to look for. She took lots of time with me going over different things that I need to look for in buying a new house. I would refer her to anyone of my friends and family who were looking for a house. I will also use her in the future if needed!!

I'm writing to support our realtor, Barbara McGuire. We have bought and sold 4 houses in the past 12 years and Barbara is by far the best agent we've ever worked with. She truly cares as much as you do about selling your home and leaves no stone unturned. She looks for every possible opportunity to get the word out beginning with the traditional avenues to using personal time and ingenuity. She has taken out ads in local newspapers, produced flyers and put them in high traffic areas and watches community billboards for potential buyers. We had to relocate 4 months after buying our house from Barbara. We were very concerned about how that was going to affect us financially, trying to maintain two households. Barbara has been there at every turn, trying to help us do everything humanely possible to get the house sold in a struggling real estate market. She takes personal time on the weekends to check on the house, makes sure the yard is kept up and the inside stays warm and inviting. The living room and hallway were painted this awful orange color when we moved in and we never got a chance to paint before we left. Barbara went to Home Depot, picked out a neutral color and volunteered her and her husband to paint those rooms over a weekend. She makes sure there are no negatives in getting your home sold and makes suggestions and recommendations based on her experience, so that your house is as attractive as it can possibly be when it goes on the market. Barbara treats you like a member of her family and stays in touch with updates and feedback. You never feel like she's forgotten about you. If you're looking for someone to help you sell your home or help you find a home, you will never find another agent like Barbara. She's not only an extremently experienced and resourceful agent, she's very passionate about her work. When it's over, you don't see her as an agent, you see her as a friend. We feel lucky that we found her!!!!

Where do I begin! I work with Barbara on a day to day basis. She is very on top of everything that she does! She stays very busy and still some how manages to keep everything very together and organized. She is one of the nicest and kindest people you will every meet. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is taken care of in the best way possible. SHE GETS THE JOB DONE....
Pros: I would recommend her highly
Cons: None!
