I had Stratton Exteriors replace several windows in my home recently. Shane was extremely personable and responsive to questions. The work itself done very efficiently and very well. They provided high quality work at very reasonable prices.

We recently had a carport build by Stratton Exteriors. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the price. Shane was always very responsive to my inquires and kept me up-to-date with the process. We have several more home improvement projects pending and have every intention of calling Shane for those when the time comes. We are very satisfied customers!

No Service After the Sell

I had $6500 worth of windows installed in my home. Everything went well until I found that one of the windows was broken. I called Shane and asked what I needed to do to have it replaced. He was extremely short and unhelpful. When I placed the order for the windows, one of the reasons I went with Stratton Exteriors is because I was assured that everything would be taken care of if something went wrong. What I didn't realize is that replacing a faulty window would require multiple phone calls (one of which was the rude phone call to Shane), picking up the window myself, and installing it myself. This company has no intention of caring for customers after the sell.

I wanted to turn an unused, 2nd story deck into a sunroom. We had additional challenges with an existing office window above the deck and a large transom window above one of the entrances to the deck. Stratton Exteriors was able to suggest 2-3 different options for us to consider and we selected one that would require a small addition to the base of the deck to accommodate the half-moon transom window. The crew that worked on the project was polite and respectful. Even with the cold Dec and Jan weather and the holidays, the room was completed in a timely period. We could not be happier with the craftsmanship of the construction and the way the final product fits with our existing home. The siding is almost a perfect match and from inside the house, it is hard to tell the room is an "addition."
Even with the stringent Hendersonville codes requirements and inspections, the project moved right along. We had a huge storm come through yesterday (50 mph winds and 1 inch of rain in 30 min) and nothing leaked, creaked or required adjustment or repair.
We one other proposal for the work we wanted done, it was a few thousand dollars less than Stratton's, but the proposal was more for a glass box, than an actual room. For the quality, workmanship, crew and overall experience, my family and I could not be happier. I am not going to call anyone else for the 2-3 other projects I have planned over the next few months, like replacement windows and a front door replacement. I put alot of stock in quality and workmanship my experience with Stratton Exteriors and Shane, Dan and the rest of the crew was exemplary. I can't say enough good things about their work, and their results !

We used Stratton Exteriors for a recent project that was fairly extensive...new cement siding, trim, fascia, soffits, window wrapping, exterior brick painting, as well as new door & shutters. The project turned out beautifully. Shane was always prompt, efficient, professional & curteous - from start to finish. From the time we first called to set up an appointment for a quote to when the project was completed, he responded to all of our questions, concerns & even unexpected finds that were discovered in the remodelling process. We are very pleased & would highly recommend Stratton Exteriors to other homeowners looking for a company they can trust to do what they say they will do. It was not our lowest bid nor the highest but we do not think that just anyone would have followed through on all the detail that Shane did. We hope to use them again when we are able to do a porch addition.
Look no further!

Stratton Exteriors is truly THE way to go for all your house needs. We needed windows (whole house), New doors all around (including front entrance door), Arbors over our two decks, Fence and deck power washed, stained and sealed and minor wood repair around outside kitchen nook. We shopped around and got pricing from various companies- as no ONE company could do all our jobs. That is, until we called on Stratton. What a pleasure to be able to have one company do ALL the work. I have only ONE man to deal with and not various contractor. In fact- in the process of installation, we found a water leak in the basement that needed to be dealt with immediately and Stratton was able to do the work for that as well... which included gutting a bathroom and removing and installing new brick front stoop! I would gladly recommend Shane @ Stratton Exteriors for any job. As a matter of fact, we'll be using him again for new gutters and shutters in the spring.

After a hail storm put golf ball sized holes in my siding I was referred to Stratton Exteriors by my roofing contractor. Mr. Stratton was flexible about when I wanted my siding installed and contacted me through out the process. I was so please with the company I have had them come back on put vinyl on my fascia and soffits along with replacement windows. I have noticed a decrease in my electric bill due to my new windows and I cannot hear as many outside noises. The windows are so easy to clean! My 20 year old house looks brand new thanks to Stratton Exteriors. Some of the best things about my experience are that Mr. Stratton was easy to get ahold of, he was clear about when things would be done, and flexible. I never felt any "salesman" pressure from Mr. Stratton. If you are looking for a compoany for any exterior work, I would highly recommend Stratton Exteriors.

I called Stratton Exteriors for an estimate on enclosing my deck into a screenroom. After receiving seven other estimates, it became increasingly clear that Shane not only understood what I wanted, but was willing to work with me, to complete the project within my budget. He was upfront, honest, professional and extremely dependable! His team were all very friendly, respectful, neat and hard working! They were always there when they said they would be and stayed in constant communication to let me know what was going on, at all times, throughout the project. Shane finished the job within the time most of his competitors said they could even begin the work! I now have a beautiful screenroom that I know I will enjoy for a very long time. I constantly receive compliments on what a great job they did, but the kudos obviously go to Shane and his team for such outstanding work. I will be calling and recommending Stratton Exteriors for any future projects. I suggest you do the same!!

We contacted Stratton about building a deck along the back of our house. We had a concept of the design and lay out we wanted, as well as pictures from multiple magazines for a fairly large deck with varying contours and shapes. Shane helped us lay out the design and incorporate these multiple ideas plus as we progressed he and his team adjusted to new ideas and the contour of the yard to make our deck concept work. The key was a rounded built-in bench at one end of the deck which came out perfect. They completed the deck on time and within budget. We would use them again for other exterior work.

We found Stratton Exteriors online, while searching reviews. After meeting with Shane Stratton in person, we felt sure his company was the one we should go with. We had 31 windows replaced and they did a fantastic job. The guys were courteous, quick and cleaned up everything just great. We have two young daughters and they were so nice to try and work around their nap schedules. Shane kept in contact with us from start to finish which we really appreciate. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another project. Thanks again!
