it's hot outside well it's hot inside after 10 minutes but we are nicer.

ever since they went to this energy management system in this store among others in this district, you might as well be working outside in the shade without the wind blowing. the customers and the employees are complaining are how hot it is after 10 minutes in the store. it feels good when they walk in the door. i always say wait a few minutes and they will ask you if there is something wrong if your air conditioner. and i tell them no it's corporate controlling our temp. in the stores now.i have been with dollar general for going on 4 years now,and it has never been that hot in there, and we need more room in that building. i think corporate employee's should come and work 8 hours in one of these stores that they are controlling their temp in to see just how well their ems is working, especially working on the registers in the windows.well all i can say is if you want to shop in a clean well maintained dollar general come to the Lavergne tn. the employees may sweating but we are nicer than another one you will trade at in Tennessee.
