When your crazy appointment-filled, run here, go there life gets you down.....go to the dentist!!! This is the most relaxing place I have found. Many people might not feel the need to be pampered at the dentist but it is one time to turn off the phone, relax, take a deep breath, and take care of one of your most important assets--your teeth. This is well worth the money spent.

Pros: Stress free, relaxing experience at a "dentist" office

Cons: None

I have been scared to death of the dentist from the time I was a little kid, so when I became an adult I've gone very little to the dentist and then it was always a bad experience, it hurt,I was scared and they didn't care and made me feel silly and ashamed that I was afraid. This all changed when I went to dentalbliss. A good friend of mine who had been scared like me convinced me to try them and they would change my mind about dentistry. She was absolutely right, from my first call to Melissa they made me feel calm, relaxed, welcome and at ease.Best of all they never made me feel silly or ashamed that I was scared.I finally found some people who understood my fear. I had a lot of work done in one appointment while I was asleep. My teeth had gotten in bad shape all those years I wasn't going to the dentist. The morning of the appointment they gave me some pills and the next thing I know I'm awake with beautiful teeth and best of all no pain ,no fear. I used to not smile because of how bad my teeth and gums were. Now my friends tell me I never stop smiling. The only bad thing about dentalbliss is I can only go see my friends there two times a year.

Pros: non dental atmosphere, sweet knowledgeable staff, understanding doctor, fair prices

Cons: none what so ever.

I've been a patient at dental bliss for 4 years, one of the few medical dental offices I've been a patient at that seems to really care about you. My family and I will be patients for life, we couldn't ask for better care.

Pros: awesome staff painless dentistry, no longer afraid

Cons: a little expensive ,but worth every penny

It was time for my regular cleaning/exam, so I decided to make the trip to Franklin from Hermitage and check this place out. It is a very nice office, with a walking trail, piano, and food buffet, and the staff were kind, though did not seem very genuine. I got my exam in the fall months, they had the doors open and there was a breeze blowing in. When the exam was over, they took me up to a room with cushy chairs and a fireplace, to speak to their financial lady. She presented me with the treatment plan that they felt I needed. I dont have 100% perfect teeth, I have had a few fillings and a crown. What I was presented with were two plans.. a $6,100 "mandatory" treatment that they said would be required for me to keep my teeth, and a $18,000 "perfect smile" treatment that would supposedly fix everything. They presented these to me along with a high-pressure sales pitch to use their financing and sign the paperwork right then to seal the deal. It was almost like buying a car from a pushy salesman. When I left, I had only an exam and x-rays done, and had to pay them $220, insurance covered the rest of the total which was $350. That much money, and not even a cleaning! I took the treatment plan to my regular dentist and he compared my teeth with what they said was "mandatory". The result? I need two fillings, the cost for which will be about $250. The rest of the items on the list were unnecessary. I recommend Dental Bliss to anyone who has piles of money laying around and doesn't know what to do with it. Otherwise, use a real dentist and treat yourself to a day at a spa. You'll have several thousand dollars left over.

Pros: Nice office, good food, piano in the lobby

Cons: High pressure sales tactics for unnecessary services, way overpriced, insurance filing was a hassle
