awesome place, sweet girls

I feel so at home here! BettyAnn is (almost) pain free with waxing. We spend the whole appointment talking and it's over with quickly! Great selection of goodies up front and staff is helpful with recommendations.

Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable

WARNING: Go at your own risk. Because once you have had a facial here, you will not appreciate another anywhere else.

I arrived for my appointment about 10 minutes early and my aestetician (Angie) was extremely prompt and courteous. She immediately offered me something to drink and chocolate.

Angie is highly proficient at her craft, and it was an excellent facial using Glo therapeutics skin care products. She was a master at maintaining contact with me and I felt it kept an energetic connection flowing.

Previously, the most mesmerizing facial I have had was at Silk Day Spa (NYC); however, here at Magnolia you won't find steam, sauna, or hot tubs. Just enjoy your facial and forget the "buyers remorse" you experience after leaving those other day spas.

• Cons: Little difficult to locate but w/navigation it was no prob.

great services poor management

i have visited this spa on several occasions and i have had nothing but great experiences until recently. i am unsure if they have changed ownerships or what but every time i walk through the door there is a lady at the front desk with piercings and tattoos and she seems very rude to me i am not one to be critical on a person's appearances but this is not something i look for when i am going into a serene environment also have witnessed the same lady being rude to the other employees working there in front of me which is not only disrespectful to me but to everyone around. i will continue to go there only because the services i get are wonderful and most of the staff there are very warm and welcoming! if you are looking for a good place to get manicures and pedicures i highly recommend seeing melissa .

Best facial

This is the first time that I have ever taken the time to use City Search but I hope everyone out there is listening to me..I have had the priveledge of traveling to some of the nicest spas and resorts on the East coast and carribean because of my work and I am telling you right now....Casey @ Magnolia is the best I have ever had. First of all..my skin is sinsitive and all of the products she used worked wonderfully. She also used Glycolic Acid and I had great results (in the passed I have looked red and blotchy). But...my favorite part was at the end when she put lip conditioner on me (most foget this last attention to detail).

When you are ready to leave they give you a little piece of chocolate and a glass of water. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it there and will continue to go back.

Great waxing service!

i recently experienced a brazillian wax at magnolia. was very reluctant to have one done because i heard some crazy stories and about how painful one would be...so i was very nervous going in, but i had a wonderful experience at magnolia. it actually was quite painless except for a few areas! i highly recommend seeing casey for any waxing services but especially bikini areas, she is very fast and so friendly you kind of forget what you are there for!!

instant brow repair!

so i went to a place here in nashville, i will leave that name as zzzzzz.......fx to get a brow wax, boy did she ever WAX OFF MY BROW! i was horrified and thought I would never get another waxing job again. i just moved to the east side and heard some great things about magnolia so i thought i would give it a try. although i had very little brow left to work with, their aesthetician casey made me almost forget my tradgic experience!!! she evened them out and made them look like brows again! i am so lucky i have a great place to go to right in my back yard! highly recommended!

Best Facial Ever!!

My daughter treated me to a facial for my birthday at Magnolia...thanks to the wonderful staff at magnolia i had a wonderful experience. I had the great european facial by their fab esthetician Casey...she's incredible! I have never had such a relaxing experience and I have had many facials before in my time. I will make this my splurge each month to travel and visit her!

Very relaxed atmosphere

Great customer service. The ladies are so nice and easy to talk to and the spa is beautiful and captures the "hip yet mellow" quality that East Nashville is known for. I saw Casey for a facial and it was wonderful. She took the time to discuss my questions afterwards and tell me about the products she used, and I never felt any sales pressure whatsoever. Highly recommended!

A vacation in your own neighborhood!

I've been to Magnolia several times and am consistently thrilled with the service and level of comfort I enjoy with every visit. The spa services are excellent, reasonably priced, and well executed by their competent team of aestheticians. We are so lucky to have this in our area! Love it!

What a great place to spend the afternoon! The girls at Magnolia Rock!

Whether it be a facial, massage,manicure or pedicure Magnolia has it going on! Sit and chat with the great gals at magnolia, they make you feel right at home... not to mention their services are excellent! With the great smells from the candles always burning, to the dark chocolate and wine at the end of every treatment Magnolia definitly has something for everyone, my husband even loved the gentleman's facial! Everyone should go get pampered by the great staff here.
