Uninformed secretaries and unmentioned outsourcing

I spoke to Gloria at one in the morning. She quoted me $40 for a car lockout. Upon the locksmith's arrival approximately 40 minutes later, I was informed the price was $120. After immediately bursting into tears the price somehow dropped to $105. Through my tears I was 'consoled' with assurances that it "wasn't his company." While the guy wearing another locksmithing company's polo was nice, I can't even credit that to this contemptible business. I was lied to, and it would be a shame if you were too.
