We knew what we were looking for in a Real Estate investment and Felix was very willing to help us meet those perameters. He remained focused and helped us stay on tract while offering good advice and information. I would highly recommend Felix also for the first time buyer for his sincerity, integrity and kind patience.

Felix is very professional and goes the extra mile to do all that it takes to be sure youre a happy customer. In preparing my home for resale, he walked me through everything step by step, explaining and educating me on the process as it unfolded. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is truly one of the best in the field.

Being a first time buyer, I had heard about all the bad stories of shopping around for that perfect house and how long the process could be. But, let me tell you I found the best agent in Austin, Felix Alonzo. Felix was honest, kind, and great to work with. He made sure that my wife and I were able to buy a house that we wanted, stayed within our price range, and he even helped with the mortgage loan process. Right now I couldn't be happier and I owe it to Felix. Thankyou Friend.
